Abstract

1. Система подъема гидроэлектрической турбины для подъема гидроэлектрической турбины, установленной на основании, содержащая раму, имеющую проем, позволяющий продвигать раму вокруг турбины через посредство проема, отличающаяся тем, что рама содержит группу соединителей, выполненных с возможностью сцепления с основанием.2. Система по п.1, в которой указанное основание содержит соответствующие соединители, выполненные с возможностью сцепления с группой соединителей на раме.3. Система по п.2, в которой указанные соединители на раме и соединители на основании расположены так, что их совмещение можно осуществить за счет вертикального перемещения относительно друг друга.4. Система по п.1, в которой указанная рама имеет по существу U-образную форму.5. Система по п.1, в которой рама содержит одну или более направляющих, способствующих выравниванию рамы с основанием.6. Система по п.5, в которой указанная одна или более направляющих неподвижно закреплены на месте.7. Система по любому из пп.5 или 6, в которой по меньшей мере одна из указанных направляющих содержит демпфер, установленный для сцепления с турбиной и/или основанием, когда рама по существу выровнена с основанием, для прекращения ее дальнейшего перемещения относительно основания.8. Система по п.7, в которой демпфер, содержащий поперечину, проходит между парой противолежащих штанг рамы.9. Система по п.8, в которой указанный демпфер выполнен с возможностью упругого деформирования для предотвращения повреждения турбины и/или основания при соприкосновении с ним.10. Система по п.2, в которой каждый соединитель на раме содержит подъемное приспособление с гидравлическим прив�

Claims (19)

1. Система подъема гидроэлектрической турбины для подъема гидроэлектрической турбины, установленной на основании, содержащая раму, имеющую проем, позволяющий продвигать раму вокруг турбины через посредство проема, отличающаяся тем, что рама содержит группу соединителей, выполненных с возможностью сцепления с основанием.
2. Система по п.1, в которой указанное основание содержит соответствующие соединители, выполненные с возможностью сцепления с группой соединителей на раме.
3. Система по п.2, в которой указанные соединители на раме и соединители на основании расположены так, что их совмещение можно осуществить за счет вертикального перемещения относительно друг друга.
4. Система по п.1, в которой указанная рама имеет по существу U-образную форму.
5. Система по п.1, в которой рама содержит одну или более направляющих, способствующих выравниванию рамы с основанием.
6. Система по п.5, в которой указанная одна или более направляющих неподвижно закреплены на месте.
7. Система по любому из пп.5 или 6, в которой по меньшей мере одна из указанных направляющих содержит демпфер, установленный для сцепления с турбиной и/или основанием, когда рама по существу выровнена с основанием, для прекращения ее дальнейшего перемещения относительно основания.
8. Система по п.7, в которой демпфер, содержащий поперечину, проходит между парой противолежащих штанг рамы.
9. Система по п.8, в которой указанный демпфер выполнен с возможностью упругого деформирования для предотвращения повреждения турбины и/или основания при соприкосновении с ним.
10. Система по п.2, в которой каждый соединитель на раме содержит подъемное приспособление с гидравлическим приводом, и каждый соединитель на основании содержит соответствующий стыковочный узел, в котором указанное подъемное приспособление может быть обратимо зафиксировано.
11. Система по п.1, в которой соединители на раме и/или на основании закреплены с помощью креплений, допускающих ограниченное перемещение указанных соединителей.
12. Система по п.1, содержащая один или более датчиков, выполненных с возможностью детектирования соприкосновения и надлежащего выравнивания рамы с турбиной и/или основанием.
13. Система по п.1, содержащая один или более датчиков, формирующих изображение.
14. Способ подъема с морского дна гидроэлектрической турбины, установленной на основании, включающий в себя следующие этапы:
опускание подъемной рамы, имеющей проем, с установочного судна в положение, близкое в плане к турбине, установленной на основании;
продвижение рамы вокруг турбины через посредство проема;
присоединение рамы к основанию;
подъем основания и турбины с морского дна как единого блока.
15. Способ по п.14, включающий в себя этап, предшествующий этапу присоединения рамы к основанию и предусматривающий по существу вертикальное опускание рамы для сцепления с основанием.
16. Способ по любому из пп.14 или 15, включающий в себя этап прекращения горизонтального перемещения рамы за счет соприкосновения турбины с демпфером, установленным на раме, когда рама по существу выровнена с основанием.
17. Способ по п.14, предусматривающий на этапе присоединения рамы к основанию вставку группы соединителей на раме в соответствующую группу соединителей на основании.
18. Способ по п.14, включающий в себя этап использования указанного способа при прибывающем приливе и позиционирования подъемной рамы ниже по приливу относительно турбины перед опусканием рамы в положение, близкое в плане к турбине.
19. Способ по п.14, включающий в себя этап снабжения подъемной рамы энергией по силовому кабелю, подключенному между установочным судном и указанной рамой, и управление кабелем посредством позиционирования кабеля в воде ниже по приливу относительно указанной рамы.
