Abstract
1. Волокно из полимолочной кислоты, протяженное в продольном направлении, средний диаметр которого составляет от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 25 микрометров, содержащее термопластическую композицию, которая содержит множество дискретных доменов, диспергированных в непрерывной фазе, причем дискретные домены содержат полимерную упрочняющую добавку, а непрерывная фаза содержит полимолочную кислоту, и при этом по меньшей мере один из дискретных доменов имеет удлиненную форму в продольном направлении волокна, и его длина составляет от приблизительно 5 до приблизительно 400 микрометров; при этом значение максимального удлинения волокна составляет приблизительно 25% или более, а прочность на разрыв волокна составляет от приблизительно 0,75 до приблизительно 6 грамм-силы на денье.2. Волокно из полимолочной кислоты по п. 1, в котором отношение параметра растворимости полимолочной кислоты к параметру растворимости полимерной упрочняющей добавки составляет от приблизительно 0,5 до приблизительно 1,5.3. Волокно из полимолочной кислоты по п. 2, в котором параметр растворимости полимерной упрочняющей добавки составляет от приблизительно 15 до приблизительно 30 МДж/м.4. Волокно из полимолочной кислоты по п.1, в котором отношение показателя текучести расплава полимолочной кислоты к показателю текучести расплава полимерной упрочняющей добавки составляет от приблизительно 0,2 до приблизительно 8, и в котором показатель текучести расплава полимерной упрочняющей добавки, определенный принагрузке 2160 граммов и температуре 190°C, составляет от приблизительно 5 до приблизительно 150 граммов за 10 минут.5. Claims (20)
1. Волокно из полимолочной кислоты, протяженное в продольном направлении, средний диаметр которого составляет от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 25 микрометров, содержащее термопластическую композицию, которая содержит множество дискретных доменов, диспергированных в непрерывной фазе, причем дискретные домены содержат полимерную упрочняющую добавку, а непрерывная фаза содержит полимолочную кислоту, и при этом по меньшей мере один из дискретных доменов имеет удлиненную форму в продольном направлении волокна, и его длина составляет от приблизительно 5 до приблизительно 400 микрометров; при этом значение максимального удлинения волокна составляет приблизительно 25% или более, а прочность на разрыв волокна составляет от приблизительно 0,75 до приблизительно 6 грамм-силы на денье.
2. Волокно из полимолочной кислоты по п. 1, в котором отношение параметра растворимости полимолочной кислоты к параметру растворимости полимерной упрочняющей добавки составляет от приблизительно 0,5 до приблизительно 1,5.
3. Волокно из полимолочной кислоты по п. 2, в котором параметр растворимости полимерной упрочняющей добавки составляет от приблизительно 15 до приблизительно 30 МДж1/2/м3/2.
4. Волокно из полимолочной кислоты по п.1, в котором отношение показателя текучести расплава полимолочной кислоты к показателю текучести расплава полимерной упрочняющей добавки составляет от приблизительно 0,2 до приблизительно 8, и в котором показатель текучести расплава полимерной упрочняющей добавки, определенный принагрузке 2160 граммов и температуре 190°C, составляет от приблизительно 5 до приблизительно 150 граммов за 10 минут.
5. Волокно из полимолочной кислоты по п.1, в котором отношение модуля упругости Юнга полимолочной кислоты к модулю упругости Юнга полимерной упрочняющей добавки составляет от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 500, и в котором модуль упругости Юнга полимерной упрочняющей добавки составляет от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 200 МПа.
6. Волокно из полимолочной кислоты по п.1, в котором максимальное удлинение полимерной упрочняющей добавки составляет от приблизительно 100% до приблизительно 2000%.
7. Волокно из полимолочной кислоты по п.1, в котором полимерная упрочняющая добавка включает полиолефин, полиуретан, поливинилацетат, поливиниловый спирт, сложный полиэфир, политетрафторэтилен, акриловый полимер, полиамид, поливинилхлорид, поливинилиденхлорид, полистирол или их комбинацию.
8. Волокно из полимолочной кислоты по п. 7, в котором упрочняющая добавка включает такой полиолефин, как пропиленовый гомополимер, сополимер пропилена и α-олефина, сополимер этилена и α-олефина или их комбинацию.
9. Волокно из полимолочной кислоты по п.1, в котором полимерная упрочняющая добавка составляет от приблизительно 2 мас.%, до приблизительно 25 мас.%, от массы термопластической композиции, а полимолочная кислота составляет от приблизительно 75 мас.%, до приблизительно 98 мас.%, от массы термопластической композиции.
10. Волокно из полимолочной кислоты по п.1, в котором термопластическая композиция не содержит пластификатора.
11. Волокно из полимолочной кислоты по п.1, в котором длина дискретного домена составляет от приблизительно 20 микрометров до приблизительно 250 микрометров, а аспектное отношение дискретного домена составляет от приблизительно 3 до приблизительно 200.
12. Волокно из полимолочной кислоты по п.1, в котором объемное содержание доменов составляет от приблизительно 3% до приблизительно 20% на кубический сантиметр композиции.
13. Волокно из полимолочной кислоты по любому из предшествующих пунктов, для которого максимальное удлинение волокна составляет от приблизительно 40% до приблизительно 350%, а прочность волокна на разрыв составляет от приблизительно 1,5 до приблизительно 4,0 грамм-силы на денье.
14. Нетканое полотно, включающее волокно по любому из предшествующих пунктов.
15. Поглощающее изделие, включающее поглощающую основу, расположенную между проницаемым для жидкости слоем и по существу непроницаемым для жидкости слоем, содержащее нетканое полотно по п. 14.
16. Способ получения волокна из полимолочной кислоты, включающий:
смешивание полимолочной кислоты с полимерной упрочняющей добавкой с образованием термопластической композиции, где композиция содержит множество дискретных доменов, диспергированных в непрерывной фазе, причем дискретные домены содержат полимерную упрочняющую добавку, а непрерывная фаза содержит полимолочную кислоту;
экструдирование термопластической композиции через экструзионную головку; и
вытяжение экструдированой композиции с образованием волокна, в котором домены вытянутого волокна имеют удлиненную форму в продольном направлении волокна, такую что длина удлиненных доменов превышает длину доменов перед вытяжением.
17. Способ по п. 16, в котором степень вытяжения составляет от приблизительно 200:1 до приблизительно 8500:1, и предпочтительно от приблизительно 1000:1 до приблизительно 6000:1.
18. Способ по п. 16, в котором длина доменов перед вытяжением составляет от приблизительно 0,5 до приблизительно 20 микрометров, а длина удлиненных доменов после вытяжения составляет от приблизительно 5 до приблизительно 400 микрометров.
19. Способ по п. 16, в котором параметр растворимости полимерной упрочняющей добавки составляет от приблизительно 15 до приблизительно 30 МДж1/2/м3/2.
20. Способ получения нетканого полотна, включающий:
получение волокон способом по любому из пп. 16-19; и
расположение волокон случайным образом на поверхности с образованием нетканого полотна.
