Abstract
1. Способ формирования по меньшей мере части бурильного инструмента, при выполнении которого:помещают по меньшей мере одну вставку в полость литейной формы;помещают зернистый материал, содержащий твердый материал, в полость литейной формы;расплавляют металл и твердый материал для формирования расплавленной смеси, включающей эвтектическую или близкую к эвтектической смесь металла и твердого материала; изаливают расплавленную смесь внутрь полости литейной формы.2. Способ по п.1, в котором дополнительно вводят модификатор в полость литейной формы для управления ростом зерен при затвердевании расплавленной смеси, включающей эвтектическую или близкую к эвтектической смесь металла и твердого материала.3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором дополнительно корректируют стехиометрию по меньшей мере одной фазы твердого материала по меньшей мере части бурильного инструмента.4. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором при расплавлении металла и твердого материала для формирования расплавленной смеси формируют эвтектическую или близкую к эвтектической смесь кобальта и карбида вольфрама.5. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором при расплавлении металла и твердого материала для формирования расплавленной смеси, расплавляют смесь, содержащую примерно от 40 до 90 мас.% кобальта или сплава кобальта, примерно от 0,5 до 3,8 мас.% углерода, а остальную часть смеси по меньшей мере в основном составляет вольфрам.6. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором при расплавлении металла и твердого материала для формирования расплавленной смеси расплавляют смесь, содержащую примерно 69 мас.% кобальта или сплава кобальта, примерно 1,9 мас.% углерода и примерно 29,1 мас.% вольфрама.7. Claims (17)
1. Способ формирования по меньшей мере части бурильного инструмента, при выполнении которого:
помещают по меньшей мере одну вставку в полость литейной формы;
помещают зернистый материал, содержащий твердый материал, в полость литейной формы;
расплавляют металл и твердый материал для формирования расплавленной смеси, включающей эвтектическую или близкую к эвтектической смесь металла и твердого материала; и
заливают расплавленную смесь внутрь полости литейной формы.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором дополнительно вводят модификатор в полость литейной формы для управления ростом зерен при затвердевании расплавленной смеси, включающей эвтектическую или близкую к эвтектической смесь металла и твердого материала.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором дополнительно корректируют стехиометрию по меньшей мере одной фазы твердого материала по меньшей мере части бурильного инструмента.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором при расплавлении металла и твердого материала для формирования расплавленной смеси формируют эвтектическую или близкую к эвтектической смесь кобальта и карбида вольфрама.
5. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором при расплавлении металла и твердого материала для формирования расплавленной смеси, расплавляют смесь, содержащую примерно от 40 до 90 мас.% кобальта или сплава кобальта, примерно от 0,5 до 3,8 мас.% углерода, а остальную часть смеси по меньшей мере в основном составляет вольфрам.
6. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором при расплавлении металла и твердого материала для формирования расплавленной смеси расплавляют смесь, содержащую примерно 69 мас.% кобальта или сплава кобальта, примерно 1,9 мас.% углерода и примерно 29,1 мас.% вольфрама.
7. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором при расплавлении металла и твердого материала для формирования расплавленной смеси расплавляют смесь, содержащую примерно 75 мас.% кобальта или сплава кобальта, примерно 1,53 мас.% углерода и примерно 23,47 мас.% вольфрама.
8. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором при помещении по меньшей мере одной вставки в полость литейной формы помещают не полностью спеченный корпус вставки.
9. Изделие, включающее по меньшей мере часть бурильного инструмента и содержащее:
по меньшей мере одну вставку и
затвердевшую эвтектическую или близкую к эвтектической смесь, включающую фазу металла, фазу твердого материала и модификатор.
10. Изделие по п.9, в котором модификатор включает материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из алюмината переходного металла, метасиликата переходного металла и оксида переходного металла.
11. Изделие по п.9 или 10, в котором фаза металла содержит по меньшей мере один металл из группы, включающей кобальт, железо, никель или их сплавы.
12. Изделие по п.9 или 10, в котором фаза твердого металла содержит керамическое соединение, выбранное из группы, состоящей из карбидов, боридов, нитридов и их смесей.
13. Изделие по п.9 или 10, дополнительно содержащее микроструктуру композита, включающую области фазы металла и фазы твердого материала.
14. Изделие по п.9 или 10, в котором фаза твердого материала содержит фазу карбида металла, включающую по меньшей мере фазу MC и(или) фазу M2C, где M - по меньшей один элемент металла, а С - углерод.
15. Изделие по п.9 или 10, в котором по меньшей мере одна вставка содержит композитный материал "матрица - частицы", обладающий более высокой износостойкостью по сравнению с затвердевшей эвтектической или близкой к эвтектической смесью.
16. Изделие по п.9 или 10, в котором по меньшей мере одна вставка содержит по меньшей мере режущую поверхность и(или) опорную поверхность по меньшей мере части бурильного инструмента.
17. Изделие по п.9 или 10, в котором по меньшей мере одна вставка по меньшей мере частично встроена в эвтектическую или близкую к эвтектической смесь.
