Description
鉄ベース合金
実験的なセットにおいて、好適なAlB12の鉄ベース合金への添加を立証した。ホウ化アルミニウムの添加により、合金のかなり強化された硬度を生じた。

Claims (18)
- クロムと、モリブデンと、タングステンと、AlB 12 で表されるホウ化アルミニウム析出物を含む、最大50%のアルミニウム及びホウ素と、を含む鉄ベース合金を備えた耐摩耗性材料。
- 前記アルミニウムは1〜10原子パーセントで存在する請求項1に記載の耐摩耗性材料。
- AlB 12 で表されるホウ化アルミニウムを備えた耐磨耗性材料を形成する方法であって、
(a)マンガン、クロム、モリブデン、及びタングステンを含む鉄ベース合金を備えた金属系を供給する段階と、
(b)別個の成分として最大50重量%のホウ素及びアルミニウムを前記金属系に添加する段階と、
(c)飽和固溶体からホウ化アルミニウム析出物を形成して耐磨耗性材料を形成する段階であって、前記金属系が、前記ホウ化アルミニウムが組み込まれたマトリクスを形成する、段階と、を含む方法。 - 前記ホウ素を15から20原子%組み込む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ホウ化アルミニウム析出物を形成する段階は、アルミニウム及びホウ素を前記金属系と組み合わせる段階と、粒子状に霧状にする段階とを備えた請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記霧状にする段階は、気体、水、又は遠心噴霧法のうちの一つを含む請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記金属系は、Fe52.3Mn2Cr19Mo2.5W1.7B16C4Si2.5を備えた請求項3に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の耐磨耗性材料を備えた金属コーティング。
- 請求項1に記載の耐磨耗性材料を備えた粉末材料。
- 請求項1に記載の耐磨耗性材料を備えたワイヤー材料。
- 耐摩耗性コーティングを作製する方法であって:
マンガン、クロム、モリブデン、及びタングステンを含む鉄ベース合金に最大50%のホウ素及びアルミニウムが添加された材料を準備する段階と;、
前記材料を溶融する段階と;
AlB 12 で表されるホウ化アルミニウムを析出させる段階と;
基板上に前記溶融材料を付けて前記コーティングを作製する段階と;を備えた方法。 - 前記材料を溶融する段階が熱噴射を備えた請求項11に記載の方法。
- 鉄合金の硬度を増大する方法において:
(a)マンガン、クロム、モリブデン、及びタングステンを含み、硬度を有する鉄合金を供給する段階と;
(b)最大50重量%のホウ素及びアルミニウムを前記鉄合金に添加する段階と;
(c)AlB 12 で表されるホウ化アルミニウムを析出させる段階と;
(d)前記ホウ化アルミニウムの添加によって前記鉄合金の前記硬度を増大する段階と;を備えた方法。 - 前記鉄合金は、Fe52.3Mn2Cr19Mo2.5W1.7B16C4Si2.5を備えた請求項13に記載の方法。
- 粉末原材料を作製する方法であって:
マンガン、クロム、モリブデン、及びタングステンを含む鉄ベース合金を備えた金属粉末を準備する段階と;
最大50%のホウ素及びアルミニウムを提供する段階と;
AlB 12 で表されるホウ化アルミニウムを析出させて前記粉末原材料を形成する段階と;を備えた方法。 - 請求項1に記載の耐磨耗性材料を備えた冶金生成物。
- (a)マンガン、クロム、モリブデン、及びタングステンを含む鉄ベース合金を備えた金属系を供給する段階と;
(b)最大50重量%のホウ素及びアルミニウムを添加する段階と;
(c)AlB 12 で表されるホウ化アルミニウムを析出させる段階と;
(d)前記金属系を選択した形状に形成する段階と;備えた冶金生成物を作製する方法。 - 前記形成する段階が、プレス焼結、粉末鍛造、高温等圧圧縮、ホットプレス、押し出し成形、又は射出成形を備えた請求項17に記載の方法。
