Abstract
1. Композиция, содержащая цинковое производное сложноэфирного функционального полимера и частицы пиритиона меди, в которой указанные частицы, имеют среднее соотношение сторон в пределах диапазона от около 8 до около 15, предпочтительно, от около 9 до около 12.2. Композиция по п.1, в которой указанное цинковое производное сложноэфирного функционального полимера является цинковым производным акрилатного полимера.3. Композиция по п.1, в которой указанное цинковое производное сложноэфирного функционального полимера и указанный пиритион меди получают взаимодействием кислотно-функционального полимера с пиритионом цинка и соединением меди, выбранным из группы, состоящей из солей меди, карбоксилатов меди, гидроксида меди, элементарной меди и комбинаций вышеперечисленного.4. Композиция по п.3, в которой указанный кислотно-функциональный полимер является кислотно-функциональным акрилатным сополимером.5. Композиция по п.4, в которой кислотно-функциональный акрилатный сополимер имеет среднечисловую молекулярную массу меньше 10000, предпочтительно, между 2000 и 6000.6. Композиция по п.4, в которой кислотно-функциональный акрилатный сополимер получают из ненасыщенного органического кислотного мономера, выбранного из группы, состоящей из акриловой кислоты, метакриловой кислоты и комбинаций вышеперечисленного.7. Композиция по п.4, в которой указанную медную соль выбирают из группы, состоящей из карбоната меди, нитрата меди, сульфата меди, хлорида меди и комбинаций вышеперечисленного.8. Композиция по п.4, в которой указанным соединением меди является гидроксид меди.9. Композиция по п.7 или 8, дополнительно содержащая органическую ки�
Claims (18)
1. Композиция, содержащая цинковое производное сложноэфирного функционального полимера и частицы пиритиона меди, в которой указанные частицы, имеют среднее соотношение сторон в пределах диапазона от около 8 до около 15, предпочтительно, от около 9 до около 12.
2. Композиция по п.1, в которой указанное цинковое производное сложноэфирного функционального полимера является цинковым производным акрилатного полимера.
3. Композиция по п.1, в которой указанное цинковое производное сложноэфирного функционального полимера и указанный пиритион меди получают взаимодействием кислотно-функционального полимера с пиритионом цинка и соединением меди, выбранным из группы, состоящей из солей меди, карбоксилатов меди, гидроксида меди, элементарной меди и комбинаций вышеперечисленного.
4. Композиция по п.3, в которой указанный кислотно-функциональный полимер является кислотно-функциональным акрилатным сополимером.
5. Композиция по п.4, в которой кислотно-функциональный акрилатный сополимер имеет среднечисловую молекулярную массу меньше 10000, предпочтительно, между 2000 и 6000.
6. Композиция по п.4, в которой кислотно-функциональный акрилатный сополимер получают из ненасыщенного органического кислотного мономера, выбранного из группы, состоящей из акриловой кислоты, метакриловой кислоты и комбинаций вышеперечисленного.
7. Композиция по п.4, в которой указанную медную соль выбирают из группы, состоящей из карбоната меди, нитрата меди, сульфата меди, хлорида меди и комбинаций вышеперечисленного.
8. Композиция по п.4, в которой указанным соединением меди является гидроксид меди.
9. Композиция по п.7 или 8, дополнительно содержащая органическую кислоту, выбранную из группы, состоящей из уксусной кислоты, хлоруксусной кислоты, пропионовой кислоты, каприловой кислоты, кислоты «версатик», этилгексановой кислоты, бензойной кислоты, нафтеновой кислоты, пальмитиновой кислоты, стеариновой кислоты, олеиновой кислоты, жирных кислот, кислот канифоли и комбинаций вышеперечисленного.
10. Композиция по п.9, в которой указанная органическая кислота является уксусной кислотой или нафтеновой кислотой.
11. Композиция по п.3, в которой указанный карбоксилат меди, выбран из группы, состоящей из ацетата меди, нафтената меди, хинолинолата меди, стеарата меди, бензоата меди, этилгексаноата меди, розинатов меди и комбинаций вышеперечисленного.
12. Композиция по п.11, в которой указанный карбоксилат меди является ацетатом меди или нафтенатом меди.
13. Композиция по п.3, в которой указанные частицы пиритиона меди имеют D50 от около 3 до около 5 микрон.
14. Предохраняющая от обрастания композиция покрытия, содержащая композицию согласно пп.1-13.
15. Предохраняющая от обрастания композиция покрытия по п.14, дополнительно включающая растворимую в воде или немного растворимую в воде смолу, в которой указанная смола присутствует в количестве от около 4 до около 15%, считая на общую массу композиции покрытия.
16. Предохраняющая от обрастания композиция покрытия по п.15, в которой смола выбрана из группы, состоящей из канифоли, поливинилового эфира, хитозана и комбинаций вышеперечисленного.
17. Предохраняющая от обрастания композиция покрытия по п.14, дополнительно содержащая добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из металлов, содержащих медь, оксида меди, тиоцианата меди, оксида цинка, бората цинка, метабората бария, пиридин трифенилборона, трифенил(октидециламин)борона, тралопирила, хлорфенапира, толифлуанида, дихлофлуанида, пиритиона цинка, 4,5-дихлор-2-н-октил-4-изотиазолин-3-она, 2-метилтио-4-трет-бутиламино-6-циклопропиламино-симм-триазина, цинеба, зирама, поликарбамата, манеба, хлорталонила и комбинаций вышеперечисленного.
18. Способ получения композиции по п.1, включающий стадию взаимодействия кислотно-функционального полимера с пиритионом цинка и соединением меди, выбранным из солей меди, карбоксилата меди, гидроксида меди, элементарной меди и комбинаций вышеперечисленного в растворителе.
