本发明提供了一种防污可剥离涂料组合物及其制备方法和用途,所述防污可剥离涂料组合物包括醇溶型树脂、有机溶剂、活性纳米无机填料、润湿分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂、增塑剂同时添加自制的辣椒素插层水滑石/氧化晶质石墨复合防污剂制备而成。本发明有益效果:制备一种防污可剥离涂料,应用于鲍鱼养殖箱,采用插层复合技术,不仅延长涂料的防污周期,提高防污效果,而且采用可剥离技术,在涂料防污效果失效后即使海底生物在养殖箱吸附,后续可以连同涂料剥离,保证养殖箱“崭新依旧”,具有“双保险”等优点。

背景技术
现有鲍鱼养殖箱多为方形养殖箱或圆形养殖箱,一般采用聚烯烃类树脂直接注塑而成。由于鲍鱼养殖周期一般为1-2年,因此,鲍鱼养殖箱需长时间放置在海水中,容易受到贝类、藻类等海洋生物附着污损,大量的海洋附着生物会对养殖箱内的水质、水溶氧气带来影响,造成养殖的鲍鱼死亡。另外,由于在养殖过程中污损附着非常严重,难于清理,导致养殖户更换养殖箱次数增加,浪费人力财力,污损附着的塑料桶需要大量人工清洗或者更换,造成大量资源浪费。因此,如何解决鲍鱼养殖箱的防污问题,提高鲍鱼养殖箱的防污功能,降低能耗是一个急需解决的技术难题。
为此,现有技术中出现了很多应用于网箱的防污涂料,这类的文献可以参考专利号为ZL201210554914.3的中国发明专利《水产养殖网箱防污涂料及其制备方法》(授权公告号为CN103013265B),该专利采用丙烯酸锌树脂、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、纳米银粉末、壬酸香草酰胺、吡啶硫酮锌、防藻剂PreventolA6、氧化锌、润湿分散剂、防沉剂、滑石粉及有机溶剂,先将丙烯酸锌树脂、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、吡啶硫铜锌、滑石粉、氧化锌、防藻剂PreventolA6一起加入搅拌器,混合均匀,然后加入纳米银粉末和润湿分散剂进行充分分散,进入研磨,在研磨后调节粘度阶段加入壬酸香草酰胺,最后加入防沉剂和有机溶剂。
还可以参考申请号为CN201610201632.3的中国发明专利申请公开《一种海水养殖用网箱防污涂料》(公开号为CN105778695A)以及申请号为CN201710778999.6的中国发明专利申请公开《一种水产养殖网箱网衣用防污涂料》(公开号为CN107603396A)。
虽然现有技术中对防污材料提出了多种技术方案,但是,现有的防污涂料主要以抑制海底生物附着表面作为防污手段,防污效果具有一定的时效性,对于如鲍鱼这种养殖周期长,需要养殖箱长期放置于海水中效果有限,而关于鲍鱼养殖箱用的防污可剥离涂料未见相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决鲍鱼养殖过程中养殖箱生物附着污损等问题。提供一种鲍鱼养殖箱用的防污可剥离涂料,采用插层复合技术制备防污剂,不仅延长涂料的防污周期,提高防污效果,而且采用可剥离技术,在涂料防污效果失效后即使海底生物在养殖箱吸附,后续可以连同涂料剥离,保证养殖箱“崭新依旧”,具有“双保险”等优点,为一种安全、可靠的解决方案。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供了一种防污可剥离涂料组合物,其包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
作为优选方案,所述醇溶型树脂为松香改性醇酸树脂和改性热塑丙烯酸树脂按1:(2~5)的重量比组成混合物。
作为优选方案,所述有机溶剂为甲醇和乙醇按1:(1~3)的重量比组成的混合物。
作为优选方案,所述防污剂的制备方法为:
将水滑石分散于去离子水中,得到水滑石悬浮液;
将辣椒素加入醋酸溶液中,混匀后,调节pH值至5.0,得到辣椒素溶液;
将所述辣椒素溶液加入到水滑石悬浮液中,在45℃下搅拌6h后,加入氧化晶质石墨,在60℃下反应后,得到辣椒素插层水滑石/氧化晶质石墨复合材料,即所述的防污剂。
作为优选方案,所述活性纳米无机填料的平均粒径不超过50μm,吸油值不超过25g/g,所述活性纳米无机填料为碳酸钙、高岭土和滑石粉中的至少一种。
作为优选方案,所述润湿分散剂为改性硅烷合成物类的润湿分散剂或不饱和脂肪酸多元胺酰胺类的润湿分散剂;所述流平剂为烷基改性有机硅氧烷类流平剂或聚醚改性有机硅氧烷类流平剂;
作为优选方案,所述消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂;所述增塑剂为甘油。
一种如前述的防污可剥离涂料组合物,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将有机溶剂预热至60℃后,加入醇溶型树脂,待醇溶型树脂完全溶解后依次加入活性纳米无机填料、润湿分散剂、流平剂、增塑剂、消泡剂,搅拌状态下加入防污剂,混匀后出料,得到所述防污可剥离涂料组合物。
一种如前述的防污可剥离涂料组合物在鲍鱼养殖箱中的用途。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
1、相较传统的防污涂料,本发明采用插层复合技术制备防污剂,延长涂料的防污周期,提高防污效果;
2、本发明而且采用可剥离技术,在涂料防污效果失效后即使海底生物在养殖箱吸附,后续可以连同涂料剥离,保证养殖箱“崭新依旧”,具有“双保险”等优点;
3、本发明原材料易得,制备工艺简单,易于产业化生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明中,所使用的润湿分散剂为杭州包尔得有机硅有限公司的BD-3077或上海宜涂实业有限公司的BYK-W966;
流平剂为上海润道贸易有限公司的2340-f或佛山市千佑化工有限公司的AKN-1106;
消泡剂为东莞市德丰消泡剂有限公司的DF-834;
松香改性醇酸树脂和改性热塑丙烯酸树脂均为市售产品。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种防污剂的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
一、将10g水滑石分散在500mL去离子水中,搅拌3h,超声30min,得到水滑石悬浮液;
二、将1g的辣椒素加入300mL体积分数为1%的醋酸溶液中,搅拌6h,用1mol/L浓度的NaOH将溶液pH值调节至5.0后,得到辣椒素溶液;
三、将辣椒素溶液缓慢加入水滑石悬浮液,在45℃下搅拌6h后加入3g氧化晶质石墨;在60℃下继续搅拌10h,最后用蒸馏水洗涤、过滤,真空干燥,即制得辣椒素插层水滑石/氧化晶质石墨复合防污剂。
实施例2
本实施例提供了防污可剥离涂料及其制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
一、按照如下配比称取各原料:
所述醇溶型树脂为松香改性醇酸树脂和改性热塑丙烯酸树脂按重量比1:2组成;
所述有机溶剂为甲醇和乙醇按重量比1:1组成;
防污剂为实施例1制备得到的;
二、将有机溶剂预热至60℃后,加入醇溶型树脂,待醇溶型树脂完全溶解后依次加入活性纳米无机填料、润湿分散剂、流平剂、增塑剂、消泡剂,搅拌状态下加入防污剂,混匀后出料,得到所述防污可剥离涂料组合物。
将上述的防污可剥离涂料组合物应用于鲍鱼养殖箱中,经检测:抗菌率为95%;可剥离防污涂料涂层剥离性能:优;剥离面积为95%。涂覆本实施例所制备的防污可剥离涂料与未涂覆防污涂料放置海水中6个月后的鲍鱼养殖箱的外观影响图如图1所示;涂覆本实施例所制备的防污可剥离涂料放置海水中6个月后的鲍鱼养殖箱的剥离前后的外观影响图如图2所示。从图1可看出,涂覆本实施例所制备的防污可剥离涂料的鲍鱼养殖箱与未涂覆防污涂料的鲍鱼养殖箱放置海水中6个月后有着明显的区别,其中有涂覆防污涂料的养殖箱由于添加了防污剂,对海底生物的附着起到明显的抑制作用,表面海底生物附着明显少于未涂覆防污涂料的养殖箱,从图2可看出,涂覆防污涂料的鲍鱼养殖箱剥离前,虽然涂料对海底生物附着具有一定的抑制作用,但由于防污剂具有自身的时效性,长时间以后还是有一部分海底生物附着在表面,但防污涂料剥离后,鲍鱼养殖箱表面附着物基本连同涂料一同剥离掉,鲍鱼养殖箱“崭新依旧”。
实施例3
本实施例提供了防污可剥离涂料及其制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
一、按照如下配比称取各原料:
所述醇溶型树脂为松香改性醇酸树脂和改性热塑丙烯酸树脂按重量比1:3组成;
所述有机溶剂为甲醇和乙醇按重量比1:2组成;
防污剂为实施例1制备得到的;
二、将有机溶剂预热至60℃后,加入醇溶型树脂,待醇溶型树脂完全溶解后依次加入活性纳米无机填料、润湿分散剂、流平剂、增塑剂、消泡剂,搅拌状态下加入防污剂,混匀后出料,得到所述防污可剥离涂料组合物。
三、将上述的防污可剥离涂料组合物应用于鲍鱼养殖箱中,经检测:抗菌率为94%;可剥离防污涂料涂层剥离性能:优;剥离面积为93%。
实施例4
本实施例提供了防污可剥离涂料及其制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
一、按照如下配比称取各原料:
所述醇溶型树脂为松香改性醇酸树脂和改性热塑丙烯酸树脂按重量比1:5组成;
所述有机溶剂为甲醇和乙醇按重量比1:3组成;
防污剂为实施例1制备得到的;
二、将有机溶剂预热至60℃后,加入醇溶型树脂,待醇溶型树脂完全溶解后依次加入活性纳米无机填料、润湿分散剂、流平剂、增塑剂、消泡剂,搅拌状态下加入防污剂,混匀后出料,得到所述防污可剥离涂料组合物。
三、将上述的防污可剥离涂料组合物应用于鲍鱼养殖箱中,经检测:抗菌率为92%;可剥离防污涂料涂层剥离性能:优;剥离面积为90%。
实施例5
本实施例提供了防污可剥离涂料及其制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
一、按照如下配比称取各原料:
所述醇溶型树脂为松香改性醇酸树脂和改性热塑丙烯酸树脂按重量比1:4组成;
所述有机溶剂为甲醇和乙醇按重量比1:2组成;
防污剂为实施例1制备得到的;
二、将有机溶剂预热至60℃后,加入醇溶型树脂,待醇溶型树脂完全溶解后依次加入活性纳米无机填料、润湿分散剂、流平剂、增塑剂、消泡剂,搅拌状态下加入防污剂,混匀后出料,得到所述防污可剥离涂料组合物。
三、将上述的防污可剥离涂料组合物应用于鲍鱼养殖箱中,经检测:抗菌率为95%;可剥离防污涂料涂层剥离性能:优;剥离面积为92%。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例的区别在于,以丙烯酸树脂作为涂料基材,以氧化亚铜作为防污剂制备防污涂料,经检测抗菌率为96%;可剥离防污涂料涂层剥离性能:不可剥离;剥离面积为0。
以丙烯酸树脂复配氧化亚铜作为防污涂料,抗菌性能优于实施例制备的可剥离防污涂料,但不具备可剥离性质。同时,采用氧化亚铜作为防污剂,通过释放铜离子抑制海洋生物附着,容易对海洋造成二次污染,同时也不利于鲍鱼养殖。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。
Claims (7)
1.一种防污可剥离涂料组合物,其特征在于,包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
醇溶型树脂: 10~45份;
有机溶剂: 20~80份;
防污剂: 2~10份;
活性纳米无机填料: 0.5~1.0份;
润湿分散剂: 0.1~0.5份;
流平剂: 0.4~1.5份;
消泡剂: 0.2~0.5份;
增塑剂: 1~5份;
所述活性纳米无机填料的平均粒径不超过50μm,吸油值不超过25g/g,所述活性纳米无机填料为碳酸钙、高岭土和滑石粉中的至少一种;
所述醇溶型树脂为松香改性醇酸树脂和改性热塑丙烯酸树脂按1:(2~5)的重量比组成混合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的防污可剥离涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为甲醇和乙醇按1:(1~3)的重量比组成的混合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的防污可剥离涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述防污剂的制备方法为:
将水滑石分散于去离子水中,得到水滑石悬浮液;
将辣椒素加入醋酸溶液中,混匀后,调节pH值至5.0,得到辣椒素溶液;
将所述辣椒素溶液加入到水滑石悬浮液中,在45℃下搅拌6h后,加入氧化晶质石墨,在60℃下反应后,得到辣椒素插层水滑石/氧化晶质石墨复合材料,即所述的防污剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的防污可剥离涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述润湿分散剂为改性硅烷合成物类的润湿分散剂或不饱和脂肪酸多元胺酰胺类的润湿分散剂;所述流平剂为烷基改性有机硅氧烷类流平剂或聚醚改性有机硅氧烷类流平剂。
5.如权利要求1所述的防污可剥离涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂;所述增塑剂为甘油。
6.一种如权利要求1~5中任意一项所述的防污可剥离涂料组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将有机溶剂预热至60℃后,加入醇溶型树脂,待醇溶型树脂完全溶解后依次加入活性纳米无机填料、润湿分散剂、流平剂、增塑剂、消泡剂,搅拌状态下加入防污剂,混匀后出料,得到所述防污可剥离涂料组合物。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的防污可剥离涂料组合物在鲍鱼养殖箱中的用途。
