1. 2. Иммуноген по п.1, где указанный антигенный пептид IgE дополнительно содержит либо:
- на своем С-конце линкер, имеющий формулу (G)nC, где n означает целое число, выбранное из группы, состоящей из 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 и 10, предпочтительно из группы, состоящей из 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 и 5, более предпочтительно из группы, состоящей из 0, 1, 2 и 3, наиболее предпочтительно n равно 0 или 1 (если n равно 0, то указанная формула представляет цистеин), либо:
- на своем N-конце линкер, имеющий формулу C(G)n, где n означает целое число, выбранное из группы, состоящей из 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 и 10, предпочтительно из группы, состоящей из 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 и 5, более предпочтительно из группы, состоящей из 0, 1, 2 и 3, наиболее предпочтительно, n равно 0 или 1 (если n равно 0, то указанная формула представляет цистеин), либо:
- на своем С-конце линкер, имеющий формулу (G)nC, где n означает целое число, выбранное из группы, состоящей из 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 и 10, предпочтительно из группы, состоящей из 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 и 5, более предпочтительно из группы, состоящей из 0, 1, 2 и 3, наиболее предпочтительно, n равно 0 или 1 (если n равно 0, то указанная формула представляет цистеин), и на своем N-конце линкер, имеющий формулу C(G)n, где n означает целое число, выбранное из группы состоящей из 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 и 10, предпочтительно из группы, состоящей из 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 и 5, более предпочтительно из группы, состоящей из 0, 1, 2 и 3, наиболее предпочтительно n равно 0 или 1 (если n равно 0, то указанная формула представляет цистеин).
3. Иммуноген по п.1 или 2, где указанный иммуногенный носитель представляет собой вирусоподобную частицу, выбранную из группы, состоящей из HBcAg, HBsAg и Qbeta VLP.
4. Иммуноген по п.3, где указанный антигенный пептид IgE химически сшит с указанной вирусоподобной частицей.
5. Композиция, содержащая по меньшей мере два иммуногена по любому из пп.1-4.
6. Композиция по п.5, где указанная композиция содержит два иммуногена, и где антигенный пептид IgE из первого иммуногена состоит из аминокислотной последовательности, выбранной из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NO: 220, 221, 222, 223, 224, 225, 226, 227, 228, 229, 230, 231, 232, 233, 234, 235, 236, 237, 238, 239, 240, 241, 242, 243, 244, 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, 250, 251, 252, 253, 254, 255, 256, 257, 258, 259, 260, 261, 262, 263, 264, 265, 266, 267, 268, 269, 270, 271, 272, 273, 274, 275, 276, 277, 278, 279, 280, 281, 282, 283, 284, 285, 286, 287, 288, 289, 290, 291, 292, 293, 294, 295, 296, 297, 298, 299, 300, 301, 302, 303, 304, 305, 306, 307, 308, 309 и 310.

8. Композиция по п.5, где указанный антигенный пептид IgE связан с иммуногенным носителем, выбранным из группы, состоящей из HBcAg VLP, HBsAg VLP и Qbeta VLP.
9. Композиция по любому из пп.5-8, где указанные антигенные пептиды IgE индивидуально конъюгированы с указанными иммуногенными носителями.
10. Композиция, содержащая два иммуногена, где каждый из этих иммуногенов состоит из антигенного пептида IgE, индивидуально конъюгированного с вирусоподобной частицей Qbeta, где:
- первый иммуноген состоит из антигенного пептида IgE с SEQ ID NO: 220, химически сшитого с вирусоподобной частицей Qbeta с SEQ ID NO: 435 посредством тиоэфирной связи с использованием SMPH (сукцинимидил-6-[β-малеимидопропионамидо]гексаноат) в качестве сшивающего линкера, где указанная связь находится между остатком лизина вирусоподобной частицы и остатком цистеина указанного антигенного пептида IgE, и
- второй иммуноген состоит из полипептида с SEQ ID NO: 457, химически сшитого с вирусоподобной частицей Qbeta c SEQ ID NO: 435 посредством тиоэфирной связи с использованием SMPH (сукцинимидил-6-[β-малеимидопропионамидо]гексаноат) в качестве сшивающего линкера, где указанная связь находится между остатком лизина вирусоподобной частицы и остатком цистеина указанного полипептида.
11. Иммуногенная композиция, содержащая иммуноген по любому из пп.1-4 или композицию иммуногенов по любому из пп.5-10, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере один адъювант, выбранный из группы, состоящей из квасцов, CpG-содержащих олигонуклеотидов и адъювантов на основе сапонина.
12. Иммуногенная композиция по п.11, где по меньшей мере один указанный адъювант представляет собой CpG-содержащий олигонуклеотид, выбранный из группы, состоящей из CpG7909 (SEQ ID NO: 433), CpG 10103 (SEQ ID NO: 432) и CpG24555 (SEQ ID NO: 431).
13. Иммуногенная композиция по п.11, где по меньшей мере один указанный адъювант представляет собой адъювант на основе сапонина, предпочтительно Iscomatrix.
14. Иммуногенная композиция, содержащая иммуноген по любому из пп.1-4 или композицию иммуногенов по любому из пп.5-10, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере два адъюванта, выбранных из группы, состоящей из квасцов, CpG-содержащих олигонуклеотидов и адъювантов на основе сапонина.
15. Иммуногенная композиция по п.14, где указанные адъюванты представляют собой квасцы и CpG24555 (SEQ ID NO: 431).
16. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая иммуноген по любому из пп.1-4, или композицию иммуногенов по любому из пп.5-10, или иммуногенную композицию по любому из пп.11-15 и фармацевтически приемлемый эксципиент.
17. Способ предупреждения, облегчения или лечения IgE-ассоциированного расстройства у индивидуума, включающий введение терапевтически эффективного количества иммуногена по любому из пп.1-4, или композиции иммуногенов по любому из пп.5-10, или иммуногенной композиции по любому из пп.11-15, или фармацевтической композиции по п.16.
18. Нуклеиновая кислота, кодирующая иммуноген по любому из пп.1-4.
19. Экспрессирующий вектор, содержащий нуклеиновую кислоту по п.18.
20. Клетка-хозяин, содержащая экспрессирующий вектор по п.19.
