Abstract

1. Каталитическая система, применяемая для гидропереработки тяжелых масел, отличающаяся тем, что она включает: ! а. катализатор, имеющий функцию катализатора гидрирования, содержащий МоS2 или WS2 или их смеси в форме пластинок, или их маслорастворимый предшественник; ! b. сокатализатор, включающий частицы наноразмеров или микронных размеров, выбранный из катализаторов крекинга и/или денитрификации. ! 2. Каталитическая система по п.1, в которой сокатализатор состоит из цеолитов, имеющих кристаллы небольших размеров и низкую степень агрегации первичных частиц, и/или оксидов или сульфидов, или предшественников сульфидов Ni, и/или Со, в смеси с Мо и/или W. !3. Каталитическая система по п.2, в которой цеолиты выбраны из группы, включающей цеолиты с промежуточными или крупными размерами пор. ! 4. Каталитическая система по п.3, в которой цеолиты с промежуточными или крупными размерами пор выбраны из бета-цеолита, цеолита Y и МСМ-22. ! 5. Каталитическая система по п.2, в которой сокатализатор, состоящий из оксидов или сульфидов, или предшественников сульфидов, нанесен на твердые частицы микронных или субмикронных размеров. ! 6. Каталитическая система по п.5, в которой твердые частицы, на которые нанесен сокатализатор, выбраны из оксида алюминия, диоксида кремния, алюмосиликатов, талька и слюды. ! 7. Каталитическая система по п.1, в которой катализатор также содержит сульфиды V, Ni и/или Fe. ! 8. Каталитическая система по п.1, в которой катализатор нанесен на оксид алюминия, диоксид кремния, алюмосиликат, тальк или слюду. ! 9. Каталитическая система по п.1, в которой катализатор состоит из МоS2, распределенного в углеродсодержащей матрице, включающе�

Claims (16)

1. Каталитическая система, применяемая для гидропереработки тяжелых масел, отличающаяся тем, что она включает:
а. катализатор, имеющий функцию катализатора гидрирования, содержащий МоS2 или WS2 или их смеси в форме пластинок, или их маслорастворимый предшественник;
b. сокатализатор, включающий частицы наноразмеров или микронных размеров, выбранный из катализаторов крекинга и/или денитрификации.
2. Каталитическая система по п.1, в которой сокатализатор состоит из цеолитов, имеющих кристаллы небольших размеров и низкую степень агрегации первичных частиц, и/или оксидов или сульфидов, или предшественников сульфидов Ni, и/или Со, в смеси с Мо и/или W.
3. Каталитическая система по п.2, в которой цеолиты выбраны из группы, включающей цеолиты с промежуточными или крупными размерами пор.
4. Каталитическая система по п.3, в которой цеолиты с промежуточными или крупными размерами пор выбраны из бета-цеолита, цеолита Y и МСМ-22.
5. Каталитическая система по п.2, в которой сокатализатор, состоящий из оксидов или сульфидов, или предшественников сульфидов, нанесен на твердые частицы микронных или субмикронных размеров.
6. Каталитическая система по п.5, в которой твердые частицы, на которые нанесен сокатализатор, выбраны из оксида алюминия, диоксида кремния, алюмосиликатов, талька и слюды.
7. Каталитическая система по п.1, в которой катализатор также содержит сульфиды V, Ni и/или Fe.
8. Каталитическая система по п.1, в которой катализатор нанесен на оксид алюминия, диоксид кремния, алюмосиликат, тальк или слюду.
9. Каталитическая система по п.1, в которой катализатор состоит из МоS2, распределенного в углеродсодержащей матрице, включающей кристаллические домены сульфидов V, Ni и Fe.
10. Каталитическая система по п.1, в которой катализатор и сокатализатор находятся на одном и том же носителе.
11. Каталитическая система по п.1, в которой массовое отношение катализатора к сокатализатору составляет от 100:1 до 1:70.
12. Каталитическая система по п.11, отличающаяся тем, что массовое отношение катализатора к сокатализатору составляет от 75:1 до 1:50.
13. Способ гидропереработки тяжелых масел, выбираемых из сырой нефти, тяжелой нефти, битумов из битуминозных песков, остатков после перегонки, тяжелых фракций перегонки, деасфальтированных остатков после перегонки, растительных масел, масел из углистых и битуминозных сланцев, масел, полученных при термическом разложении отходов, полимеров, биомасс, дистиллятов, например, вакуумного газойля или тяжелого газойля, который включает подачу тяжелого масла на стадию гидрообработки в виде суспензии, отличающийся тем, что он включает применение каталитической системы по пп.1-12.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором после стадии гидрообработки выполняют разделение выходящего из указанной стадии потока, при котором более тяжелую отделяемую жидкую фракцию, содержащую дисперсный катализатор и сокатализатор, направляют рециклом на стадию гидрообработки.
15. Способ по п.13, в котором концентрация катализатора гидрирования, диспергированного в сырье, включающем рециркулируемый поток, направляемом на стадию гидрообработки, определяемая на основании концентрации находящегося в катализаторе металла или металлов, составляет от 100 до 30000 млн-1.
16. Способ по п.13, в котором гидрообработку выполняют при температуре от 350 до 480°С и давлении от 8 до 22 МПа (от 80 до 220 атм.).
