Abstract

1. Компьютерная система, выполненная с возможностью транспортировки уведомлений, содержащая: ! по меньшей мере один процессор и ! по меньшей мере один блок памяти, связанный с этим по меньшей мере одним процессором с возможностью обмена данными и содержащий машиноисполняемые команды, которыми при их исполнении упомянутым по меньшей мере одним процессором реализуются следующие этапы: ! прием сообщения, причем это сообщение содержит параметр времени действия (TTL), задающий период времени, в течение которого данное сообщение активно; ! определение после сохранения упомянутого сообщения в очереди состояния доступности получателя, причем состояние доступности получателя содержит по меньшей мере одно из состояния занятости и состояния незанятости; и ! посылка упомянутого сообщения получателю по определению того, что состоянием доступности получателя является состояние незанятости, и по определению того, что данное сообщение активно. ! 2. Компьютерная система по п.1, в которой сообщение посылается получателю на оконечное устройство. ! 3. Компьютерная система по п.2, в которой сообщение посылается от одного или более из компоненты связи, системы мгновенного обмена сообщениями, проводного телефона, сотового телефона и компоненты электронной почты. ! 4. Компьютерная система по п.1, в которой сообщение принимается компонентой голосовой почты. ! 5. Компьютерная система по п.1, в которой сообщение содержит один или несколько дополнительных параметров для управления по меньшей мере одним из того, каким образом сообщение посылается получателю, когда сообщение посылается получателю, и на какое устройство получателя из од�

Claims (28)

1. Компьютерная система, выполненная с возможностью транспортировки уведомлений, содержащая:
по меньшей мере один процессор и
по меньшей мере один блок памяти, связанный с этим по меньшей мере одним процессором с возможностью обмена данными и содержащий машиноисполняемые команды, которыми при их исполнении упомянутым по меньшей мере одним процессором реализуются следующие этапы:
прием сообщения, причем это сообщение содержит параметр времени действия (TTL), задающий период времени, в течение которого данное сообщение активно;
определение после сохранения упомянутого сообщения в очереди состояния доступности получателя, причем состояние доступности получателя содержит по меньшей мере одно из состояния занятости и состояния незанятости; и
посылка упомянутого сообщения получателю по определению того, что состоянием доступности получателя является состояние незанятости, и по определению того, что данное сообщение активно.
2. Компьютерная система по п.1, в которой сообщение посылается получателю на оконечное устройство.
3. Компьютерная система по п.2, в которой сообщение посылается от одного или более из компоненты связи, системы мгновенного обмена сообщениями, проводного телефона, сотового телефона и компоненты электронной почты.
4. Компьютерная система по п.1, в которой сообщение принимается компонентой голосовой почты.
5. Компьютерная система по п.1, в которой сообщение содержит один или несколько дополнительных параметров для управления по меньшей мере одним из того, каким образом сообщение посылается получателю, когда сообщение посылается получателю, и на какое устройство получателя из одного или более устройств получателя посылается сообщение.
6. Компьютерная система по п.1, в которой, когда сообщение остается в очереди дольше, чем задаваемый параметром TTL период, то сообщение удаляется из очереди без посылки его получателю.
7. Компьютерная система по п.1, которая представляет собой по меньшей мере одно из клиента и сервера, и при этом компьютерная система ассоциирована с по меньшей мере одним из отправителя и получателя сообщения.
8. Компьютерная система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая пользовательский интерфейс, который используется для конфигурирования параметра TTL и для компонования сообщения.
9. Компьютерная система по п.1, в котором машиноисполняемыми командами дополнительно реализуются автоматический анализ сообщения на предмет одного или более из речевых очередей и текстовых очередей, которые указывают, как долго должно сообщение оставаться активным перед его отменой, и автоматическое конфигурирование параметра TTL.
10. Компьютерная система по п.1, в которой состояние занятости содержит одно или более состояний недоступности, причем одно или более состояний недоступности определяются посредством компоненты ограниченной отсрочки.
11. Компьютерная система по п.1, в которой машиноисполняемыми командами дополнительно реализуется посылка данных в дополнение к сообщению между по меньшей мере одним из отправителя и получателя сообщения.
12. Компьютерная система по п.11, в которой упомянутые дополнительные данные дополнительно содержат подтверждение приема сообщения, каковое подтверждение посылается отправителю, когда сообщение воспроизводится получателю.
13. Компьютерная система по п.11, в которой упомянутые дополнительные данные содержат уведомление о том, что сообщение просрочено, каковое уведомление посылается отправителю, указывая, что сообщение не было послано.
14. Компьютерная система по п.11, в которой сообщение представляет собой срочное сообщение, при этом, когда задаваемый параметром TTL период почти истек и состояние доступности представляет собой состояние занятости, сообщение передается получателю, чтобы не оказаться просроченными.
15. Компьютерная система по п.11, в которой упомянутые дополнительные данные задают задержку состояния доступности получателя.
16. Компьютерная система по п.11, в которой упомянутые дополнительные данные включают в себя по меньшей мере одно из изображения отправителя и текста, ассоциированного с отправителем, который посылается от отправителя получателю, указывая, что мгновенное сообщение находится в очереди.
17. Компьютерная система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая журнал регистрации действий, который может периодически проверяться получателем и в котором указано количество посланных сообщений, содержание сообщений, ассоциированное с каждым сообщением из упомянутого количества посланных сообщений, и идентификационные данные отправителей, которые посылали успешные и просроченные сообщения получателю.
18. Компьютерная система по п.1, в которой дополнительно задан период ограниченной отсрочки, который относится к предельному сроку, до которого получатель сможет ознакомиться с сообщением, при этом сообщение содержит информацию, имеющую ценность для получателя, причем отсрочка зависит от срочности этой информации.
19. Компьютерная система по п.18, в которой период ограниченной отсрочки ассоциирован с по меньшей мере одним детектором, содержащим один или более датчиков, календарную информацию, тип предупреждения и время суток, причем этот меньшей мере одним детектор сконфигурирован для определения текущего состояния доступности для получателя и состояния доступности в предопределенное время в будущем для получателя.
20. Компьютерная система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая датчики, которые определяют текущую стоимость прерывания для получателя сообщения.
21. Компьютерная система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая систему назначения приоритетов, при этом период ограниченной отсрочки является функцией по меньшей мере одного из логически выведенной срочности сообщения, приоритета сообщения и идентификационных данных отправителя сообщения.
22. Компьютерная система по п.1, в которой при приеме сообщения сообщение сохраняется в очереди.
23. Считываемый компьютером носитель, на котором сохранены исполняемые компьютером команды для выполнения способа предоставления сообщения получателю, содержащего
прием сообщения, причем это сообщение содержит период времени действия (TTL), задающий временной интервал до истечения срока действия данного сообщения;
определение, после сохранения упомянутого сообщения в очереди, состояния доступности получателя, причем состояние доступности получателя содержит по меньшей мере одно из состояния занятости и состояния незанятости; и
передачу упомянутого сообщения получателю в течение периода TTL по определению того, что состоянием доступности получателя является состояние занятости в течение всего периода TTL.
24. Считываемый компьютером носитель по п.23, в котором состояние занятости содержит одно или более состояний недоступности.
25. Считываемый компьютером носитель по п.23, в котором определение того, что состоянием доступности получателя является состояние занятости в течение всего периода TTL, выполняется посредством использования одного или более из оконечного датчика, календарной информации получателя и схем доступности получателя.
26. Компьютерно-реализуемый способ предоставления сообщения получателю, когда получатель является доступным для приема этого сообщения, содержащий этапы, на которых
принимают сообщение, причем это сообщение содержит период времени действия (TTL), задающий временной интервал, в течение которого данное сообщение активно;
после сохранения упомянутого сообщения в очереди, определяют по меньшей мере одно из того, что данное сообщение является срочным сообщением и что отправитель этого сообщения является приоритетным отправителем;
определяют наиболее подходящее время в течение периода TTL для доставки срочного сообщения получателю; и
передают срочное сообщение получателю в течение периода TTL.
27. Способ по п. 26, в котором при определении наиболее подходящего времени в течение периода TTL используют одно или более из метода на статистической основе, метода на вероятностной основе и метода на основе полезности.
28. Способ по п. 27, в котором при определении наиболее подходящего времени в течение периода TTL используют один или более датчиков, ассоциированных с оконечным устройством получателя.
