Abstract

1. Узел из шланга и фитинга содержащий ! шланг (2) из первого термопластичного полимерного материала, содержащий концевую часть (9) с внутренней поверхностью (8) и наружной поверхностью (15); ! фитинг (3) из второго полимерного материала для соединения с внешним местом использования, причем упомянутый фитинг (3) содержит центральный трубчатый выступ (4) с осевым проходом (6) для текучей среды; ! в котором центральный трубчатый выступ (4) содержит внутреннюю стенку (5), которой ограничен упомянутый проход (6) для текучей среды, и наружную стенку (7), по меньшей мере, частично соединенную в одно целое с внутренней поверхностью (8) упомянутой концевой части (9) упомянутой шланга (2); ! отличающийся тем, что содержит армирующее средство (11) из третьего полимерного материала на периферии упомянутой концевой части (9) упомянутого шланга (2) для ограничения деформации шланга в радиальном направлении и для обеспечения узла хорошей механической и/или гидравлической уплотняющей способностью. ! 2. Узел по п.1, отличающийся тем, что упомянутое армирующее средство (11) содержит кольцевой элемент (12), содержащий наружную поверхность (13) и внутреннюю поверхность (14), предназначенную для соединения с наружной поверхностью (15) концевой части (9) шланга (2). ! 3. Узел по п.2, отличающийся тем, что наружная поверхность (15) концевой части (9) шланга (2), по меньшей мере, частично соединена в одно целое с внутренней поверхностью (14) кольцевого элемента (12). ! 4. Узел по п.2, отличающийся тем, что кольцевой элемент (12) выполнен за одно целое с фитингом (3). ! 5. Узел по п.4, отличающийся тем, что кольцевой элемент (12), выполненный за одно целое с фитингом (3), расположен соосно с цент

Claims (25)

1. Узел из шланга и фитинга содержащий
шланг (2) из первого термопластичного полимерного материала, содержащий концевую часть (9) с внутренней поверхностью (8) и наружной поверхностью (15);
фитинг (3) из второго полимерного материала для соединения с внешним местом использования, причем упомянутый фитинг (3) содержит центральный трубчатый выступ (4) с осевым проходом (6) для текучей среды;
в котором центральный трубчатый выступ (4) содержит внутреннюю стенку (5), которой ограничен упомянутый проход (6) для текучей среды, и наружную стенку (7), по меньшей мере, частично соединенную в одно целое с внутренней поверхностью (8) упомянутой концевой части (9) упомянутой шланга (2);
отличающийся тем, что содержит армирующее средство (11) из третьего полимерного материала на периферии упомянутой концевой части (9) упомянутого шланга (2) для ограничения деформации шланга в радиальном направлении и для обеспечения узла хорошей механической и/или гидравлической уплотняющей способностью.
2. Узел по п.1, отличающийся тем, что упомянутое армирующее средство (11) содержит кольцевой элемент (12), содержащий наружную поверхность (13) и внутреннюю поверхность (14), предназначенную для соединения с наружной поверхностью (15) концевой части (9) шланга (2).
3. Узел по п.2, отличающийся тем, что наружная поверхность (15) концевой части (9) шланга (2), по меньшей мере, частично соединена в одно целое с внутренней поверхностью (14) кольцевого элемента (12).
4. Узел по п.2, отличающийся тем, что кольцевой элемент (12) выполнен за одно целое с фитингом (3).
5. Узел по п.4, отличающийся тем, что кольцевой элемент (12), выполненный за одно целое с фитингом (3), расположен соосно с центральным трубчатым выступом (4) и отстоит от него в радиальном направлении таким образом, что определен промежуток (16), содержащий нижнюю стенку (17) и проем (18), предназначенный для введения в него концевой части (9) шланга (2).
6. Узел по п.5, отличающийся тем, что концевая часть (9) шланга (2), по меньшей мере, частично соединена в одно целое с нижней стенкой (17) промежутка (16).
7. Узел по п.1, отличающийся тем, что армирующее средство (11) дополнительно содержит расширенную область (21) концевой части (9) шланга (2).
8. Узел по п.7, отличающийся тем, что расширенная область (21), по меньшей мере, частично определена двумя или большим числом, по меньшей мере, частично наложенных друг на друга частей (22, 22') шланга.
9. Узел по п.1, отличающийся тем, что наружная стенка (7) трубчатого выступа (4) выполнена конусообразной к центру для более легкого соединения с внутренней поверхностью (8) концевой части (9) шланга (2).
10. Узел по п.2, отличающийся тем, что внутренняя поверхность (14) кольцевого элемента (12) выполнена конусообразной наружу от центра для более легкого соединения с наружной поверхностью (15) концевой части (9) шланга (2).
11. Узел по п.1, отличающийся тем, что первый полимерный материал совместим со вторым полимерным материалом и/или третьим полимерным материалом.
12. Узел по п.1, отличающийся тем, что второй полимерный материал и/или третий полимерный материал жестче первого полимерного материала.
13. Узел по п.1, отличающийся тем, что первый полимерный материал является материалом той же природы, что и второй полимерный материал и/или третий полимерный материал.
14. Узел по п.1, отличающийся тем, что первый полимерный материал и/или второй полимерный материал, и/или третий полимерный материал выбирают из группы, содержащей поливинилхлорид (ПВХ), полиуретан (ПУ), сополимер этилена и винилацетата (СЭВАц), полиэтилен (ПЭ), полипропилен (ПП), полибутилентерефталат (ПБTф), полиэтилентерефталат (ПЭТф), полиамид (ПА), полиметилметакрилат (ПММА), натуральный или синтетический каучуки или их сочетания.
15. Узел по п.14, отличающийся тем, что первый полимерный материал и/или второй полимерный материал, и/или третий полимерный материал являются материалами гомополимерного либо сополимерного типа.
16. Узел по п.1, отличающийся тем, что третий полимерный материал идентичен второму полимерному материалу.
17. Узел по п.1, отличающийся тем, что отношение длины (LA) трубчатого выступа (4) к внутреннему диаметру (D1) шланга (2) находится в диапазоне от около 0,5 до около 8,0, а предпочтительно - близко к 2,0.
18. Узел по п.2, отличающийся тем, что отношение длины (LB) кольцевого элемента (12) к внутреннему диаметру (D1) шланга (2) находится в диапазоне от около 1 до около 12, а предпочтительно - близко к 4.
19. Узел по п.2, отличающийся тем, что отношение длины (LB) упомянутого кольцевого элемента (12) к длине (LA) упомянутого трубчатого выступа (4) находится в диапазоне от около 1 до около 4, а предпочтительно - близко к 2.
20. Узел по п.1, отличающийся тем, что армирующее средство (11) дополнительно содержит волокнистый армирующий слой (24) в шланге (2) между, по меньшей мере, одним наружным защитным слоем (25) и, по меньшей мере, одним внутренним слоем (26), предназначенным для контакта с текучей средой, подлежащей пропуску.
21. Узел по п.20, отличающийся тем, что волокнистый армирующий слой (24) имеет плетеную, спирально намотанную, вязаную, ленточную или сетчатую форму с прошивкой однониточным или двухниточным цепным швом.
22. Узел по п.21, отличающийся тем, что прошитый цепным швом сетчатый волокнистый слой (24) содержит по существу параллельные строчки стежков (27) и, по существу, параллельные ряды стежков (29).
23. Узел по п.22, отличающийся тем, что строчки стежков (27) и ряды стежков (29) взаимно наклонены относительно продольной оси (Y) шланга (2) под соответствующими предварительно определенными углами (α, β).
24. Способ изготовления узла из шланга и фитинга по п.1, отличающийся тем, что включает этапы
обеспечения шланга (2) из первого термопластичного полимерного материала, содержащего концевую часть (9) с внутренней поверхностью (8) и наружной поверхностью (15);
обеспечения фитинга (3) из второго полимерного материала для соединения с внешним местом использования, причем упомянутый фитинг содержит центральный трубчатый выступ (4) с осевым проходом для текучей среды (6);
в котором центральный трубчатый выступ (4) содержит внутреннюю стенку (5), которой ограничен упомянутый проход (6) для текучей среды, и наружную стенку (7), которую надлежит соединить с внутренней поверхностью (8) упомянутой концевой части (9) упомянутого шланга (2);
прикрепления фитинга (3) к шлангу (2) путем, по меньшей мере, частичного соединения в одно целое места соединения наружной стенки (7) трубчатого выступа (4) с внутренней поверхностью (8) концевой части (9) шланга (2);
обеспечения армирующего средства (11) из третьего полимерного материала, подлежащего размещению на периферии концевой части (9) шланга (2);
размещения армирующего средства (11) на периферии концевой части (9) шланга (2) для ограничения деформации шланга в радиальном направлении и для обеспечения целостности узла.
25. Способ по п.24, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый этап соединения в одно целое выполняют путем сварки трением при вращении.
