Description
〔第1実施形態の全体構成〕
図1、図2に示すように、遠心型の流体圧ポンプ100は、ポンプ部Pと、電動モータ部Mと、制御部Cとを備える。ポンプ部Pは、ハウジングHの内部に形成されたポンプ室HpにポンプロータPrを配置して構成される。ポンプロータPrは電動モータ部Mを駆動源にして回転する。制御部Cは電動モータ部Mの動作を制御する。
第1ハウジング1及び第2ハウジング2には熱可塑性の樹脂材料が用いられており、第1ハウジング1及び第2ハウジング2は溶着位置WPにおいてスピン溶着により接合されている。
スピン溶着の工程では、第1ハウジング1の内部にロータRを配置し、図2に示す如く第1ハウジング1と第2ハウジング2と相対的な位置関係を維持する。この状態で、第2ハウジング2を、回転軸芯Xを中心に高速で駆動回転させつつ、回転軸芯Xに沿う方向に移動させて、第1ハウジング1に接近させるシフト作動が行われる。
第1ハウジング1及び第2ハウジング2は、熱溶着による接合の際に両者を調芯してそれぞれの軸芯を一致させる調芯機構を有している。本実施形態では、調芯機構は、第1当接部27a及び第2当接部28aによって構成されている。第1当接部27aは第1突出部27において外周側に設けられ、第2当接部28aは第2突出部28において内周側に設けられている。第1当接部27a及び第2当接部28aはR状に形成されている。このように、流体圧ポンプ100の調芯構造は、第1ハウジング1及び第2ハウジング2が調芯機構を有することで構成されている。
しかし、第1当接部27a及び第2当接部28aは共にR状に形成されており、両者の当接領域は小さいため、強い摩擦力は作用しない。このため、この接触部位が溶着状態となる可能性は低い。
調芯機構は、図4に示すように、第1当接部27aをテーパ状に形成し、第2当接部28aをR状に形成して構成してもよい。また、図示しないが、調芯機構は、第1当接部27aをR状に形成し、第2当接部28aをテーパ状に形成してもよい。第1当接部27a及び第2当接部28aにおいて、一方をテーパ状に形成し、他方をR状に形成することで、第1当接部27aと第2当接部28aとの当接領域を大きくすることができる。これにより、第1ハウジング1と第2ハウジング2は第1当接部27aと第2当接部28aとの当接位置において安定し易くなる。
第2実施形態は、第1実施形態と基本的に共通する構成を備えるものの、図5及び図6に示すように、第1溶着部25及び第2溶着部26の形状が第1実施形態とは異なる。また、溶着位置WPより内側(回転軸芯Xに近い側)には、第1突出部27及び第2突出部28を備えるものの、第1突出部27と第2突出部28とは当接しない。
調芯機構は、図7に示すように、第1溶着部25の内周側部分25aをテーパ状に形成し、第2溶着部26の外周側部分26aをR状に形成して構成してもよい。また、図示しないが、調芯機構は、内周側部分25aをR状に形成し、外周側部分26aをテーパ状に形成してもよい。内周側部分25a及び外周側部分26aにおいて、一方をテーパ状に形成し、他方をR状に形成することで、内周側部分25aと外周側部分26aとの当接領域を大きくすることができる。これにより、第1ハウジング1と第2ハウジング2は第1溶着部25と第2溶着部26との溶着位置WPにおいて安定し易くなる。
第3実施形態では、調芯機構は、図8に示すように、第1ハウジング1及び第2ハウジング2の押圧部位31,32と、固定基盤41及びチャック部材42の押圧部41a,42aとによって構成されている。
調芯機構は、図9に示すように、第2押圧部位32及び第2押圧部42aのうち、第2押圧部位32をR状に形成し、第2押圧部42aをR状に形成して構成してもよい。また、図示しないが、調芯機構は、第1押圧部位31及び第1押圧部41a並びに第2押圧部位32及び第2押圧部42aを、全てR状に形成して構成してもよい。他の調芯機構としては、第1押圧部位31(第2押圧部位32)及び第1押圧部41a(第2押圧部42a)のうち、第1押圧部位31(第2押圧部位32)をR状に形成し、第1押圧部41a(第2押圧部42a)をテーパ状に形成して構成してもよい。
(1)上記の実施形態では、第1押圧部材41が固定基盤であり、第2押圧部材42がチャック部材であって、スピン溶着時に、第1押圧部材41によって支持された第1ハウジング1に対して第2押圧部材42に保持された第2ハウジング2を接近させる例を示した。これに代えて、例えば、第1押圧部材41及び第2押圧部材42を共にチャック部材によって構成し、スピン溶着時に、第1押圧部材41よって保持された第1ハウジング1と第2押圧部材42に保持された第2ハウジング2とを互いに接近させるようにしてもよい。

- 樹脂製の第1ハウジングと、樹脂製の第2ハウジングとを備え、
前記第1ハウジングと前記第2ハウジングとが溶着位置で熱溶着されて接合状態にあるハウジングが構成され、前記ハウジングにポンプロータが収容されており、
前記第1ハウジング及び前記第2ハウジングは、熱溶着による接合の際に両者を調芯してそれぞれの軸芯を一致させる調芯機構を有し、
前記第1ハウジングは前記溶着位置よりも内周側に形成され前記第1ハウジングの軸芯方向に延設される第1当接部を有し、
前記第2ハウジングは前記第1当接部に当接する第2当接部を有し、
前記調芯機構は、前記第1当接部及び前記第2当接部のうち、一方の当接部が他方の当接部に近づくほど前記第1ハウジングの軸芯に対して近接または離間するR状に形成され、他方の前記当接部が一方の前記当接部に近づくほど前記第1ハウジングの軸芯に対して近接または離間するテーパ状あるいはR状に形成されて構成されている流体圧ポンプの調芯構造。 - 樹脂製の第1ハウジングと、樹脂製の第2ハウジングとを備え、
前記第1ハウジングと前記第2ハウジングとが溶着位置で熱溶着されて接合状態にあるハウジングが構成され、前記ハウジングにポンプロータが収容されており、
前記第1ハウジング及び前記第2ハウジングは、熱溶着による接合の際に両者を調芯してそれぞれの軸芯を一致させる調芯機構を有し、
前記第1ハウジングは前記第1ハウジングの軸芯方向に延設されて前記溶着位置において前記第2ハウジングと接合する第1溶着部を有し、
前記第2ハウジングは前記第1溶着部に圧接される第2溶着部を有し、
前記調芯機構は、前記第1溶着部及び前記第2溶着部のうち、一方の溶着部が他方の溶着部に近づくほど前記第1ハウジングの軸芯に対して近接または離間するR状に形成され、他方の前記溶着部が一方の前記溶着部に近づくほど前記第1ハウジングの軸芯に対して近接または離間するテーパ状あるいはR状に形成されて構成されている流体圧ポンプの調芯構造。 - 樹脂製の第1ハウジングと、樹脂製の第2ハウジングとを備え、
前記第1ハウジングと前記第2ハウジングとが溶着位置で熱溶着されて接合状態にあるハウジングが構成され、前記ハウジングにポンプロータが収容されており、

前記第2ハウジングは、前記溶着位置に向けて押圧力が付与される第2押圧部位を有し、
前記第1押圧部位を押圧する第1押圧部を有する第1押圧部材と、前記第2押圧部位を押圧する第2押圧部を有する第2押圧部材と、を備え、
前記調芯機構は、前記第1押圧部位及び前記第1押圧部のうち一方が、他方に近づくほど前記第1ハウジングの軸芯に対して近接または離間するR状に形成され、前記他方が、前記一方に近づくほど前記第1ハウジングの軸芯に対して近接または離間するテーパ状あるいはR状に形成されとともに、前記第2押圧部位及び前記第2押圧部のうち一方が、他方に近づくほど前記第1ハウジングの軸芯に対して近接するまたは離間するR状に形成され、前記他方が、前記一方に近づくほど前記第1ハウジングの軸芯に対して近接または離間するテーパ状あるいはR状に形成されて構成されている流体圧ポンプの調芯構造。
