Прослойка за п.1, где указанный пирогенный диоксид кремния имеет среднюю длину агрегата от 0,15 до 0,35 мкм. ! 5. Прослойка по п.1, где указанный пирогенный диоксид кремния имеет среднюю длину агрегата от 0,2 до 0,3 мкм. ! 6. Прослойка по п.1, где указанная прослойка состоит, главным образом, из одного полимерного покрытия. ! 7. Прослойка по п.1, где указанная прослойка включает более чем одно полимерное покрытие. ! 8. Прослойка по п.1, где указанная прослойка включает полимерное покрытие, имеющее от 10 до 70 частей на сто частей смолы указанного пластификатора и от 0,05 до 15 частей на сто частей смолы указанного пирогенного диоксида кремния. ! 9. Claims (20)
1. Прослойка для применения в многослойном остеклении, включающая:
термопластический полимер; и
пирогенный диоксид кремния, где указанный пирогенный диоксид кремния алкилированный.
2. Прослойка по п.1, где указанный пирогенный диоксид кремния имеет содержание углерода, по меньшей мере, 0,5 процента по весу.
3. Прослойка за п.1, где указанный пирогенный диоксид кремния является метилированным.
4. Прослойка за п.1, где указанный пирогенный диоксид кремния имеет среднюю длину агрегата от 0,15 до 0,35 мкм.
5. Прослойка по п.1, где указанный пирогенный диоксид кремния имеет среднюю длину агрегата от 0,2 до 0,3 мкм.
6. Прослойка по п.1, где указанная прослойка состоит, главным образом, из одного полимерного покрытия.
7. Прослойка по п.1, где указанная прослойка включает более чем одно полимерное покрытие.
8. Прослойка по п.1, где указанная прослойка включает полимерное покрытие, имеющее от 10 до 70 частей на сто частей смолы указанного пластификатора и от 0,05 до 15 частей на сто частей смолы указанного пирогенного диоксида кремния.
9. Прослойка по п.1, где указанная прослойка включает полимерное покрытие, имеющее от 20 до 60 частей на сто частей смолы указанного пластификатора и от 0,1 до 10 частей на сто частей смолы указанного пирогенного диоксида кремния.
10. Прослойка по п.1, где указанный термопластический полимер включает полимер, выбранный из группы, состоящей из поли(винилбутираля), поли(винилхлорида), поли(этилен-со-винилацетата), поли(этилен-со-этилакрилата), иономеров частично нейтрализированного сополимера этилена и (мет)акриловой кислоты, полиэтилена, полиэтиленовых сополимеров, полиуретана и сополиэфира поли(циклогександиметилентерефталат-со-этилентерефталата).
11. Прослойка для применения в многослойном остеклении, включающая:
полимерное покрытие, включающее: поли(винилбутираль); пластификатор; и,
пирогенный диоксид кремния, где указанный пирогенный диоксид кремния алкилирован и где указанная прослойка включает полимерное покрытие, имеющее температуру стеклования менее чем 40°С.
12. Прослойка по п.11, где указанный пирогенный диоксид кремния имеет содержание углерода по меньшей мере 0,5 процента по весу.
13. Прослойка по п.11, где указанный пирогенный диоксид кремния является метилированным.
14. Прослойка по п.11, где указанный пирогенный диоксид кремния имеет среднюю длину агрегата от 0,15 до 0,35 мкм.
15. Прослойка по п.11, где указанный пирогенный диоксид кремния имеет среднюю длину агрегата от 0,2 до 0,3 мкм.
16. Прослойка по п.11, где указанная прослойка состоит, главным образом, из одного полимерного покрытия.
17. Прослойка по п.11, где указанная прослойка включает более чем одно полимерное покрытие.
18. Прослойка по п.11, где указанная прослойка включает полимерное покрытие, имеющее от 10 до 70 частей на сто частей смолы указанного пластификатора и от 0,05 до 15 частей на сто частей смолы указанного пирогенного диоксида кремния.
19. Прослойка по п.11, где указанная прослойка включает полимерное покрытие, имеющее от 20 до 60 частей на сто частей смолы указанного пластификатора и от 0,1 до 10 частей на сто частей смолы указанного пирогенного диоксида кремния.
20. Многослойная стеклянная панель, включающая прослойку, где указанная прослойка включает:
термопластический полимер; и,
пирогенный диоксид кремния, где указанный пирогенный диоксид кремния алкилирован.
