Abstract

- 前記ヒュームドシリカがメチル化されている、請求項1の中間層。
- 前記ヒュームドシリカが、0.15から0.35ミクロンの平均凝集体長さを有する、請求項1の中間層。
- 前記ヒュームドシリカが、0.2から0.3ミクロンの平均凝集体長さを有する、請求項1の中間層。
