Abstract
1. Напиток, содержащий ! воду, ! некалорийный подсластитель на основе стевиогликозида, имеющий металлическое послевкусие, и ! анисовую кислоту в количестве, достаточном для маскирования металлического послевкусия некалорийного подсластителя на основе стевиогликозида. ! 2. Напиток по п.1, выбранный из группы, включающей газированный безалкогольный напиток, негазированный безалкогольный напиток, разливной напиток, замороженный готовый к употреблению напиток, напиток на основе кофе, напиток на основе чая, молочный напиток, ароматизированную воду, обогащенную воду, плодовый сок, напиток с ароматом плодового сока, напиток для спортсменов и алкогольный напиток. ! 3. Напиток по п.1, дополнительно содержащий ароматизатор колы и подкислитель в количестве, достаточном для обеспечения рН от 3,0 до 5,0 при карбонизации напитка. ! 4. Напиток по п.1, являющийся преимущественно прозрачным. ! 5. Напиток по п.1, дополнительно содержащий чайный компонент, достаточный для обеспечения вкуса чая в напитке. ! 6. Напиток по п.1, в котором используют анисовую кислоту в количестве от 50 частей на триллион до около 500 частей на миллион. ! 7. Напиток по п.1, дополнительно содержащий ванилин. ! 8. Напиток по п.7, в котором используют ванилин в количестве от 50 частей на триллион до около 500 частей на миллион. ! 9. Концентрат для производства напитка, содержащий !некалорийный подсластитель на основе стевиогликозида с металлическим послевкусием и ! анисовую кислоту в количестве, достаточном для маскирования металлического послевкусия некалорийного подсластителя на основе стевиогликозида при смешивании концентрата с разбавителем для приготовления напит
Claims (16)
1. Напиток, содержащий
воду,
некалорийный подсластитель на основе стевиогликозида, имеющий металлическое послевкусие, и
анисовую кислоту в количестве, достаточном для маскирования металлического послевкусия некалорийного подсластителя на основе стевиогликозида.
2. Напиток по п.1, выбранный из группы, включающей газированный безалкогольный напиток, негазированный безалкогольный напиток, разливной напиток, замороженный готовый к употреблению напиток, напиток на основе кофе, напиток на основе чая, молочный напиток, ароматизированную воду, обогащенную воду, плодовый сок, напиток с ароматом плодового сока, напиток для спортсменов и алкогольный напиток.
3. Напиток по п.1, дополнительно содержащий ароматизатор колы и подкислитель в количестве, достаточном для обеспечения рН от 3,0 до 5,0 при карбонизации напитка.
4. Напиток по п.1, являющийся преимущественно прозрачным.
5. Напиток по п.1, дополнительно содержащий чайный компонент, достаточный для обеспечения вкуса чая в напитке.
6. Напиток по п.1, в котором используют анисовую кислоту в количестве от 50 частей на триллион до около 500 частей на миллион.
7. Напиток по п.1, дополнительно содержащий ванилин.
8. Напиток по п.7, в котором используют ванилин в количестве от 50 частей на триллион до около 500 частей на миллион.
9. Концентрат для производства напитка, содержащий
некалорийный подсластитель на основе стевиогликозида с металлическим послевкусием и
анисовую кислоту в количестве, достаточном для маскирования металлического послевкусия некалорийного подсластителя на основе стевиогликозида при смешивании концентрата с разбавителем для приготовления напитка.
10. Напиток, представляющий собой концентрат для производства напитков по п.9, разведенный водой.
11. Напиток по п.10, в котором напиток выбирают из группы, включающей газированный безалкогольный напиток, негазированный безалкогольный напиток, разливной напиток, замороженный готовый к употреблению напиток, напиток на основе кофе, напиток на основе чая, молочный напиток, ароматизированную воду, обогащенную воду, плодовый сок, напиток с ароматом плодового сока, напиток для спортсменов и алкогольный напиток.
12. Способ маскирования металлического послевкусия некалорийного подсластителя на основе стевиогликозида в продукте типа напитка, при осуществлении которого в продукт типа напитка включают анисовую кислоту в количестве, достаточном для маскирования металлического послевкусия некалорийного подсластителя на основе стевиогликозида.
13. Способ, при осуществлении которого
устанавливают состав напитка, содержащего, по меньшей мере, подсластитель на основе стевиогликозида с металлическим послевкусием,
добавляют в состав напитка анисовую кислоту в количестве, достаточном для маскирования металлического послевкусия некалорийного подсластителя на основе стевиогликозида,
получают напиток с составом согласно второй стадии.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором концентрат дополнительно содержит ароматизирующий компонент.
15. Подсластитель, содержащий некалорийный подсластитель на основе стевиогликозида с металлическим послевкусием и анисовую кислоту в количестве, достаточном для маскирования металлического послевкусия некалорийного подсластителя на основе стевиогликозида.
16. Подсластитель по п.15, дополнительно содержащий ванилин.
