Abstract
1. Полимерное изделие, имеющее тонкое покрытие, по меньшей мере, на одной из его сторон, отличающееся тем, что указанное покрытие содержит первое покрытие SiOxCуHz, которое представляет собой полимеризованный в плазме тетраметилсилан или полимеризованный в плазме тетраметилсилан и газ-окислитель, предпочтительно кислород или диоксид углерода, нанесенное на поверхности полимерного изделия, где величина х равна 0-1,7, величина у равна 0,5-0,8, величина z равна 0,35-0,6 для указанного первого покрытия SiOxCуHz, и второе покрытие SiOxCуHz, которое представляет собой полимеризованный в плазме тетраметилсилан и газ-окислитель, предпочтительно кислород или диоксид углерода, нанесенное на поверхности указанного первого слоя, где величина х равна 1,7-1,99, величина у равна 0,2-0,7, величина z равна 0,2-0,35 для указанного второго покрытия SiOxCуHz, и тем, что толщина указанного первого покрытия равна от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 15 нм, и тем, что толщина указанного второго покрытия равна от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 100 нм, предпочтительно, приблизительно 30 нм. ! 2. Способ изготовления полимерного изделия, имеющего тонкое покрытие, образованное под действием плазмы, по меньшей мере, на одной из его сторон, отличающийся тем, что содержит следующие стадии: ! обработку плазмой на полимерном изделии, предпочтительно обработку плазмой аргона; ! нанесение первого покрытия SiOxCуHz генерированием плазмы из тетраметилсилана или тетраметилсилана и газа-окислителя, предпочтительно кислорода или диоксида углерода, причем величина х равна 0-1,7, величина у равна 0,5-0,8, величина z равна 0,35-0,6 для указанного первого покрытия SiOxCуHz, и ! последующее нанесение вт
Claims (8)
1. Полимерное изделие, имеющее тонкое покрытие, по меньшей мере, на одной из его сторон, отличающееся тем, что указанное покрытие содержит первое покрытие SiOxCуHz, которое представляет собой полимеризованный в плазме тетраметилсилан или полимеризованный в плазме тетраметилсилан и газ-окислитель, предпочтительно кислород или диоксид углерода, нанесенное на поверхности полимерного изделия, где величина х равна 0-1,7, величина у равна 0,5-0,8, величина z равна 0,35-0,6 для указанного первого покрытия SiOxCуHz, и второе покрытие SiOxCуHz, которое представляет собой полимеризованный в плазме тетраметилсилан и газ-окислитель, предпочтительно кислород или диоксид углерода, нанесенное на поверхности указанного первого слоя, где величина х равна 1,7-1,99, величина у равна 0,2-0,7, величина z равна 0,2-0,35 для указанного второго покрытия SiOxCуHz, и тем, что толщина указанного первого покрытия равна от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 15 нм, и тем, что толщина указанного второго покрытия равна от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 100 нм, предпочтительно, приблизительно 30 нм.
2. Способ изготовления полимерного изделия, имеющего тонкое покрытие, образованное под действием плазмы, по меньшей мере, на одной из его сторон, отличающийся тем, что содержит следующие стадии:
обработку плазмой на полимерном изделии, предпочтительно обработку плазмой аргона;
нанесение первого покрытия SiOxCуHz генерированием плазмы из тетраметилсилана или тетраметилсилана и газа-окислителя, предпочтительно кислорода или диоксида углерода, причем величина х равна 0-1,7, величина у равна 0,5-0,8, величина z равна 0,35-0,6 для указанного первого покрытия SiOxCуHz, и
последующее нанесение второго покрытия SiOxCуHz генерированием плазмы из тетраметилсилана в присутствии газа-окислителя, предпочтительно кислорода или диоксида углерода, причем величина х равна 1,7-1,99, величина у равна 0,2-0,7, величина z равна 0,2-0,35 для указанного второго покрытия SiOxCуHz, причем толщина указанного первого слоя равна от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 15 нм, а толщина указанного второго слоя равна от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 100 нм, предпочтительно приблизительно 30 нм.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что полимерное изделие изготавливают в форме контейнера, причем его внутреннюю стенку подвергают плазменной обработке и на нее наносят покрытие.
4. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что полимерное изделие изготовлено из полипропилена или полиэтилена.
5. Способ по любому из пп.2-4, отличающийся тем, что покрытие готовят с использованием магнитного наведения или электрода, генерирующего плазму, или оба как магнитного наведения, так и электрода, генерирующего плазму.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что мощность наведения, генерирующего плазму, подают с частотой 13,56 МГц.
7. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что соотношение кислорода и тетраметилсилана находится в диапазоне от 0 до 4 для получения первого покрытия, причем для получения второго покрытия на первом покрытии соотношение находится в диапазоне приблизительно от 4 до 10.
8. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что соотношение кислорода и тетраметилсилана поддерживают во время первой стадии в течение приблизительно 1-4 с на уровне его первого значения приблизительно 0-4, а указанное соотношение во время второй стадии поддерживают в течение приблизительно 5-30 с на уровне его второго значения приблизительно 4-10.
