Claims (21)
1. Лента для бумагоделательной машины или тканевая лента с покрытием на основе уретана, содержащего наночастицы, имеющая по меньшей мере одну улучшенную характеристику из следующих: стойкость к развитию трещин, стойкость к смыканию канавок или характеристики износа.
2. Покрытие валика, включающее покрытие на основе уретана, содержащее наночастицы, по меньшей мере одна из следующих характеристик которого улучшена: стойкость к развитию трещин, стойкость к смыканию канавок или характеристики износа.
3. Лента или покрытие валика по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что размер наночастиц составляет от 1 до 100 нм.
4. Лента или покрытие валика по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что содержание наночастиц составляет от 0,01 до 10% по массе.
5. Лента или покрытие валика по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что содержание наночастиц составляет от 0,1 до 5% по массе.
6. Лента или покрытие валика по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что содержание наночастиц составляет от 1 до 5% по массе.
7. Лента или покрытие валика по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что уретан представляет собой экструдируемый уретан.
8. Лента или покрытие валика по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что уретан представляет собой формуемый литьем уретан.
9. Лента или покрытие валика по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что уретан представляет собой пеноуретан.
10. Лента или покрытие валика по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что уретан представляет собой уретан на водной основе.
11. Лента или покрытие валика по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что уретан представляет собой вальцуемый каучук.
12. Лента или покрытие валика по п.8, отличающаяся тем, что уретан представляет собой формуемый литьем уретан, который получен смешиванием уретанового форполимера и вулканизующего агента.
13. Лента или покрытие валика по п.12, отличающаяся тем, что перед смешиванием вулканизующего агента и форполимера по меньшей мере в одном из них диспергируют наночастицы.
14. Лента или покрытие валика по п.8, отличающаяся тем, что уретан способен к формованию литьем и получен смешиванием уретанового форполимера, вулканизующего агента, пластификатора и, не обязательно, пигмента.
15. Лента или покрытие валика по п.14, отличающаяся тем, что перед смешиванием вулканизующего агента, форполимера и пластификатора наночастицы диспергируют по меньшей мере в одном из них.
16. Лента или покрытие валика по любому из пп.1-2, 5-6 или 12-15, отличающаяся тем, что наночастицы покрытия представляют собой глину, сажу, карбид кремния, кварц, оксиды металлов или их сочетания.
17. Лента или покрытие валика по п.16, отличающаяся тем, что наночастицы покрытия представляют собой монтмориллонит, сапонит, гекторит, слюду, вермикулит, бентонит, нонтронит, бейделлит, волконскоит, манадиит, кенианит или их сочетания.
18. Лента или покрытие валика по п.16, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве оксидов металлов могут быть использованы оксид алюминия, оксид титана, оксид железа, оксид цинка, оксид индия, оксид олова, оксид сурьмы, оксид церия, оксид иттрия, оксид циркония, оксид меди, оксид никеля, оксид тантала или их сочетания.
19. Лента или покрытие валика по пп.1-2, 5-6, 12-15 или 17-18, отличающаяся тем, что наночастицы повышают стойкость к проникновению воды или масла через покрытие.
20. Лента по п.19, отличающаяся тем, что она представляет собой ленту, применяемую в производстве бумаги.
21. Способ улучшения стойкости к изгибному растрескиванию эластичного материала на основе полиуретана для покрытия лент, содержащего наночастицы без ухудшения динамического модуля.
