Claims (8)
1. Полиизоцианаты, которые содержат
i) неионные гидрофилизирующие группы на основе простых полиалкиленоксид-полиэфиров, содержащих не менее 30 мас.% этиленоксидных звеньев,
и/или
ii) ионные или потенциально ионные гидрофилизирующие группы, которые при взаимодействии с водой образуют зависящее от величины рН равновесие диссоциации, и в зависимости от величины рН не имеющие заряда, заряженные положительно или отрицательно,
и
iii) по меньшей мере, одну структурную единицу формулы (1)
где Х - электронно-акцепторная группа,
R1, R2 - независимо друг от друга атом водорода, насыщенный или ненасыщенный алифатический или циклоалифатический, при необходимости замещенный ароматический или аралифатический остаток и каждый содержит до 12 атомов углерода и
n - целое число от 0 до 5.
2. Полиизоцианаты по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что электронно-акцепторная группа Х означает сложноэфирную, сульфоксидную, сульфоновую, нитро-, фосфонатную, нитрильную, изонитрильную или карбонильную группу.
3. Способ получения полиизоцианатов по п.1 или 2, при котором
А) один или несколько органических полиизоцианатов взаимодействуют с
Б) одним или несколькими, содержащими, по меньшей мере, одну реакционно-способную по отношению к изоцианатам группу, органическими соединениями, которые имеют
б1) неионные гидрофилизирующие группы на основе простых полиалкиленоксидполиэфиров, содержащих не менее 30 мас.% этиленоксидных звеньев,
и/или
б2) ионные или потенциально ионные гидрофилизирующие группы, образующие при взаимодействии с водой зависящее от величины рН равновесие диссоциации, и в зависимости от величины рН не имеющие заряда, заряженные положительно или отрицательно,
В) одним или несколькими блокирующими средствами, содержащими, по меньшей мере, один обладающий СН-кислотностью циклический кетон общей формулы (2),
где Х - электронно-акцепторная группа,
R1, R2 - независимо друг от друга атом водорода, насыщенный или ненасыщенный алифатический или циклоалифатический, при необходимости замещенный ароматический или аралифатический остаток и каждый содержит до 12 атомов углерода и
n - целое число от 0 до 5,
и
Г) при необходимости, с одним или несколькими (цикло)алифатическими моно- или полиаминами с количеством аминогрупп в молекуле от 1 до 4 и молекулярным весом до 400 и, при необходимости, одним или несколькими многоатомными спиртами с количеством гидроксильных групп в молекуле от 1 до 4 и молекулярным весом до 400, при необходимости, также с аминоспиртами в присутствии
Д) одного или нескольких катализаторов,
Е) при необходимости, вспомогательных веществ и добавок и
Ж) при необходимости, растворителей.
4. Применение полиизоцианатов по п.1 или 2 для изготовления лаков, покрытий, шлихты, клеящих средств и формованных изделий.
5. Водные растворы или дисперсии полиизоцианатов по п.1 или 2.
6. Материалы для покрытий, содержащие
а) один или несколько полиизоцианатов по п.1 или 2,
б) один или несколько пленкообразующих смол,
в) при необходимости, катализаторы,
г) при необходимости, растворитель и
д) при необходимости, вспомогательные вещества и добавки.
7. Покрытия, получаемые из материалов для покрытий по п.6.
8. Субстраты с покрытиями по п.7.
