Abstract
Description
i)少なくとも 30 重量%のエチレンオキシド単位を含むポリアルキレンオキシドポリエーテルベースの非イオン的に親水化された基、及び/又は
ii)水との相互作用時に pH 依存解離平衡に達し、その結果、pH によって中性になるか、正又は負に帯電する、イオン的又は潜在イオン的に親水化された基、及び
iii)式(1):
に相当する少なくとも 1 個の構造単位
を有するポリイソシアネートを提供する。
A)1 つ以上の有機ポリイソシアネートと、
B)b1)少なくとも 30 重量%のエチレンオキシド単位を含むポリアルキレンオキシドポリエーテルベースの非イオン的に親水化された基、及び/又は
b2)水との相互作用時に pH 依存解離平衡に達し、その結果、pH によって中性になるか、正又は負に帯電する、イオン的又は潜在イオン的に親水化された基
を有する少なくとも 1 個のイソシアネート反応基を含有する 1 つ以上の有機化合物、
C)一般式(2):
に相当する少なくとも 1 個の CH-酸性環状ケトンを含む 1 つ以上のブロッキング剤、及び
D)任意に 1 つ以上の 400 までの分子量の 1〜4 個のアミノ基を有する(環状)脂肪族モノアミン及び/又はポリアミン、並びに任意に 1 つ以上の 400 までの分子量の 1〜4 個のヒドロキシル基を有する多価アルコール、任意にアミノアルコールとを、
E)1 つ以上の触媒、
F)任意に助剤及び添加剤、並びに
G)任意に溶媒
の存在下で反応させる方法を提供する。
に相当する CH-酸性環状ケトンである。
酸素、イオウ又は窒素原子のようなヘテロ原子を任意に含む環を有する、一般式(2)の化合物もまた適している。ラクトンの構造モチーフも好ましい。
好ましくは、式(2)の活性化環状系は、5(n = 1)及び 6(n = 2)の環サイズを有する。
有機溶媒 G)を使用しない場合が特に好ましい。
更に、本発明は、本発明のポリイソシアネートの水溶液又は水性分散体、及び本発明の親水化イソシアネートを水又は含水溶媒と混合する製造方法を提供する。
a)本発明の 1 つ以上のポリイソシアネート、
b)1 つ以上のフィルム形成樹脂、
c)任意に触媒、
d)任意に溶媒、水、
e)任意に助剤及び添加剤
を含む塗料組成物、並びに成分 a)から e)を相互に順不同に混合する、その製造方法を提供する。
本発明の塗料組成物を、例えば浸漬塗り、噴霧塗り、ロール塗り又は吹付塗りのような所望の方法によって、基体に塗布し得る。
以下の実施例において、全ての割合は重量による(重量%)。
NCO 含有量は、DIN EN ISO 11909 に従って、滴定により測定した(ジブチルアミンによる滴定)。
ポリウレタン分散体の平均粒子径(記載の数字は数平均)を、レーザー相関分光分析法(計器:Malvern Zetasizer 1000、Malver Inst. Limited 製)によって測定した。
Claims (8)
- i)少なくとも 30 重量%のエチレンオキシド単位を含むポリアルキレンオキシドポリエーテルベースの非イオン的に親水化された基、及び/又は
ii)水との相互作用時に pH 依存解離平衡に達し、その結果、pH によって中性になるか、正又は負に帯電する、イオン的又は潜在イオン的に親水化された基、及び
iii)式(1):
に相当する少なくとも 1 個の構造単位
を有するポリイソシアネート。 - 電子求引性基 X が、エステル基、スルホキシド基、スルホン基、ニトロ基、ホスホン酸基、ニトリル基、イソニトリル基又はカルボニル基であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリイソシアネート。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のポリイソシアネートの製造方法であって、
A)1 つ以上の有機ポリイソシアネートと、
B)b1)少なくとも 30 重量%のエチレンオキシド単位を含むポリアルキレンオキシドポリエーテルベースの非イオン的に親水化された基、及び/又は
b2)水との相互作用時に pH 依存解離平衡に達し、その結果、pH によって中性になるか、正又は負に帯電する、イオン的又は潜在イオン的に親水化された基
を有する少なくとも 1 個のイソシアネート反応基を含有する 1 つ以上の有機化合物、
C)一般式(2):
に相当する少なくとも 1 個の CH-酸性環状ケトンを含む 1 つ以上のブロッキング剤、及び
D)任意に 1 つ以上の 400 までの分子量の 1〜4 個のアミノ基を有する(環状)脂肪族モノアミン及び/又はポリアミン、並びに任意に 1 つ以上の 400 までの分子量の 1〜4 個のヒドロキシル基を有する多価アルコール、任意にアミノアルコールとを、
E)1 つ以上の触媒、
F)任意に助剤及び添加剤、並びに
G)任意に溶媒
の存在下で反応させる方法。 - 塗料、塗膜、サイズ剤、接着剤及び成形物を製造するための、請求項1又は2に記載のポリイソシアネートの使用。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のポリイソシアネートの水溶液又は水性分散体。
- a)請求項1又は2に記載の 1 つ以上のポリイソシアネート、
b)1 つ以上のフィルム形成樹脂、
c)任意に触媒、
d)任意に溶媒、及び
e)任意に助剤及び添加剤
を含む塗料組成物。 - 請求項6に記載の塗料組成物から得られる塗膜。
- 請求項7に記載の塗膜で被覆された基体。
