Claims (11)
1. Двухкомпонентная полимеризуемая композиция, содержащая в одном компоненте комплекс органоборана и амина и одно или несколько соединений, содержащих, по меньшей мере, один гетероциклический фрагмент с раскрывающимся циклом, а во втором компоненте катализатор в виде кислоты Льюиса, способный инициировать полимеризацию соединений, содержащих гетероциклическую функциональность с раскрывающимся циклом, и соединения, способные участвовать в свободно-радикальной полимеризации, где гетероциклический фрагмент с раскрывающимся циклом соответствует формуле
где R11 и R12 независимо в каждом случае представляют собой фрагмент на основе углеводорода, необязательно содержащее один или несколько атомов азота, серы или галогена, при условии, что R12 также может быть водородом, и он может быть связан с любыми возможными положениями, незанятыми заместителем R11; а k представляет собой целое число, превышающее 1.
2. Двухкомпонентная композиция по п.1, где k находится в диапазоне от 2 до 10.
3. Двухкомпонентная композиция по п.1 или 2, где второй компонент дополнительно содержит агент, разрушающий комплекс, способный разрушить комплекс органоборана и амина при введении в контакт двух компонентов.
4. Двухкомпонентная композиция по п.1, которая дополнительно содержит бифункциональное соединение, способное вступать в реакцию с соединениями, содержащими гетероциклический фрагмент с раскрывающимся циклом, и соединениями, способными участвовать в свободно-радикальной полимеризации.
5. Двухкомпонентная композиция по п.4, где содержание соединения, содержащего фрагмент с раскрывающимся циклом, составляет, по меньшей мере, от 10 мас.% до 50 мас.%; содержание кислоты Льюиса составляет, по меньшей мере, от 0,1 до 10 мас.%; и содержание комплекса органоборана и амина составляет от 1 до 8 мас.% в расчете на массу композиции, а бифункциональное соединение присутствует в количестве от 0 до 15 мас.% в расчете на массу всей композиции.
6. Способ полимеризации, включающий контактирование компонентов полимеризуемой композиции по любому одному из пп.1-5 в условиях, таких чтобы проходила бы полимеризация одного или нескольких соединений, содержащих гетероциклический фрагмент с раскрывающимся циклом, и соединений, способных участвовать в свободно-радикальной полимеризации.
7. Способ склеивания двух или более субстратов друг с другом, который включает:
а. контактирование компонентов композиции по любому одному из пп.1-5 друг с другом в таких условиях, при которых инициируется полимеризация;
b. контактирование адгезивной композиции с двумя или более субстратами;
с. расположение двух или более субстратов таким образом, чтобы адгезивная композиция находилась бы в промежутке между двумя или более субстратами, когда они находятся в контакте друг с другом; и
d. отверждение адгезива таким образом, чтобы произошло склеивание двух или более субстратов друг с другом.
8. Способ модифицирования поверхности полимера с низкой поверхностной энергией путем контактирования композиции по любому одному из пп.1-5, по меньшей мере, с частью поверхности полимера с низкой поверхностной энергией и диссоциации комплекса органоборана и амина с инициированием, тем самым полимеризации мономера, олигомеров, полимеров или их смесей таким образом, чтобы образующийся полимер находился бы на поверхности полимера с низкой поверхностной энергией.
9. Способ нанесения покрытия на субстрат, который включает контактирование компонентов композиции по любому одному из пп.1-5, контактирование композиции с введенными в контакт компонентами с одной или несколькими поверхностями субстрата; и отверждение композиции для нанесения покрытия.
10. Композиция для нанесения покрытия, которая содержит композицию по любому одному из пп.1-5.
11. Ламинат, включающий, по меньшей мере, два субстрата с расположенной в промежутке между субстратами и обеспечивающей достижение адгезии к каждому субстрату композицией по любому одному из пп.1-5.
