Claims (8)
1. Кристаллы (1S,2S,3R,4S,5R,8R,9S,10R,13S)-4-ацетокси-2-бензоилокси-9,10-[(1S)-2-(диметиламино)этилидендиокси]-5,20-эпокси-1-гидрокситакс-11-ен-13-ил(2R,3S)-3-(трет-бутоксикарбониламино)-3-(3-фтор-2-пиридил)-2-гидроксипропионата, которые демонстрируют картину дифракции рентгеновских лучей в порошке с характеристическими пиками при углах дифракции (2θ) равных 6,2°, 10,3°, 10,7°, 11,4° и 12,0°.
2. Способ получения кристаллов по п.1, который включает этап проведения кристаллизации с использованием органического растворителя, выбранного из группы, состоящей из растворителя типа кетона, растворителя типа нитрила и их смеси или смеси указанного органического растворителя и воды.
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором органический растворитель, который выбирают из группы, состоящей из растворителя типа кетона, растворителя типа нитрила и их смеси является органическим растворителем, выбранным из группы, состоящей из ацетона, ацетонитрила, и их смеси.
4. Способ по п. 2, в котором кристаллизацию проводят с использованием смеси ацетона и воды или смеси ацетонитрила и воды.
5. Способ по п. 4, в котором смесь ацетона и воды, или смесь ацетонитрила и воды содержит от 40 до 50% воды по массе.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 2-5, дополнительно включающий стадию сушки кристаллов, полученных кристаллизацией при температуре от 30 до 60°С.
7. Противоопухолевый агент, включающий в качестве активного ингредиента кристалл по п.1.
8. Кристалл по п.1, используемый для получения лекарственного средства, содержащего (1S,2S,3R,4S,5R,8R,9S,10R,13S)-4-ацетокси-2-бензоилокси-9,10-[(1S)-2-(диметиламино)этилидендиокси]-5,20-эпокси-1-гидрокситакс-11-ен-13-ил(2R,3S)-3-(трет-бутоксикарбониламино)-3-(3-фтор-2-пиридил)-2-гидроксипропионат, в качестве активного ингредиента.
