Claims (12)
1. Способ производства многослойного упаковочного материала, содержащего подложку, несущую по меньшей мере два совмещенных покрывающих слоя, отличающийся тем, что предусматривает нанесение двух или более влажных покрывающих слоев на указанную подложку, для образования влажных наложенных слоев на ней, и сушку указанных слоев.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что указанные влажные покрывающие слои включают по меньшей мере один слой из каждого из по меньшей мере двух видов, выбранных из адгезивных слоев, газобарьерных слоев, прослоек, слоев, удаляющих кислород, и термосклеивающихся слоев.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один из указанных влажных покрывающих слоев является газобарьерным слоем, содержащим полимер, включающий дисперсию ламинарных наночастиц.
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что указанные наночастицы представляют собой отслаиваемую неорганическую ламинарную смесь.
5. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, отличающийся тем, что указанные влажные покрывающие слои наносят при использовании средства для скользящего покрытия или средства для покрытия в падающем слое.
6. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, отличающийся тем, что подложка представляет собой бумажную, картонную или пластиковую пленку, причем каждая, возможно, уже несет один или более покрывающих слоев.
7. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно предусматривает нанесение одного или более покрывающих слоев на высушенные слои.
8. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно предусматривает формирование упаковки из указанного упаковочного материала.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно предусматривает заполнение указанной упаковки.
10. Многослойный упаковочный материал, полученный способом по любому из пп.1-7, содержащий по меньшей мере один слой, имеющий толщину во влажном состоянии не более 20 мкм, и (1) по меньшей мере один слой, имеющий кислородобарьерные свойства, такие, что перенос кислорода ламинированного материала составляет не более 150 см3/м2 в течение 24 ч, (23°С, 83% отн.вл.) при 1 атм., или (2) по меньшей мере один слой для удаления кислорода.
11. Материал по п.10, имеющий перенос кислорода не более 50 см3/м2 в течение 24 ч, 1 атм. (23°С, 83% отн.вл.).
12. Материал по п.11, в котором перенос кислорода составляет не более 20 см3/м2 в течение 24 ч, 1 атм. (23°С, 83% отн.вл.).
