Claims (9)
1. Носитель (20) оптической записи, содержащий подложку (1) и расположенную на ней многослойную структуру (2), которая содержит слой (5) формирования записи, имеющий точку плавления Тmp, способный к переходу между аморфной и кристаллической фазами и расположенный между первым (3) и вторым (7) диэлектрическими слоями, причем первый (3) диэлектрический слой примыкает к подложке (1), а также содержит слой (4, 6) ускорения кристаллизации, примыкающий к слою (5) формирования записи, и отражающий слой (8), отличающийся тем, что слой (4, 6) ускорения кристаллизации содержит материал из группы, состоящий из бинарных металлических сплавов, полупроводниковых элементов и полупроводниковых сплавов, имеет точку плавления Тmg, по меньшей мере, на 250°С превышающую точку плавления Тmp слоя формирования записи, и имеет кристаллическую структуру, аналогичную кристаллическому состоянию слоя формирования записи.
2. Носитель (20) оптической записи по п.1, отличающийся тем, что слой (4, 6) ускорения кристаллизации содержит материал из группы, состоящий из PbTe, Ag2Те, CrTe, Ge и Si.
3. Носитель (20) оптической записи по любому из пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что слой (6) ускорения кристаллизации располагается между слоем (5) формирования записи и вторым диэлектрическим слоем (7).
4. Носитель (20) оптической записи по п.3, отличающийся тем, что второй слой (4) ускорения кристаллизации, аналогичный слою (6) ускорения кристаллизации располагается между слоем (5) формирования записи и первым диэлектрическим слоем (3).
5. Носитель (20) оптической записи по п.4, отличающийся тем, что второй слой (4) ускорения кристаллизации имеет практические такие же толщину и состав, что и слой (6) ускорения кристаллизации.
6. Носитель (20) оптической записи по п.1, отличающийся тем, что слой (5) формирования записи содержит сплав Q, In, Sb и Те, где Q принадлежит группе, состоящей из Ag и Ge.
7. Носитель (20) оптической записи по п.1, отличающийся тем, что слой (5) формирования записи содержит сплав Ge, Sb и Те.
8. Носитель (20) оптической записи по п.1, отличающийся тем, что отражающий слой (8) располагается между подложкой (1) и первым диэлектрическим слоем (3).
9. Способ оптической записи данных на носитель (20) оптической записи по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что линейная скорость носителя относительно лазерного пучка (10) составляет по меньшей мере 7,2 м/с.
