Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepatrarea unor beta-lactame cu formula generala I (vezi formula) în careR1 este hidrogen, o grupa de protectie amino aleasa dintre t-butiloxicarbonil, fenilacetil si benziloxicarbonil sau o grupa acil aleasa dintre (2-amino-4,6-tiadiazolil) metoxiiminoacetil (2-amino-6-ranilmetoxiiminoacetil si o grupa cu formula: (vezi formula) în care Rx reprezinta alchil cu 1...4 aTOMI DE CARBON, TRIFLUORETIL, AMINOCARBONILALCHIL CU 1...4 ATOMI DE CARBON, ALCHILCARBOXILAT DE POTASIU, DE METIL SAU DE DIFENILMETIL CU 1..3 ATOMI DE CARBON îN GRUPA ALCHIL, DIMETILACETAT DE POTASIU, DE ALCHIL CU 1...3 ATOMI DE CARBON, DE ALCHINEIL 3...4 ATOMI DE CARBON, DE propinil, de benzil, de metilpivalat sau de difenilmetil, cilopentilcarboxilat de potasiu, de metil, de difenilmetil sau de metilpivalt, R2 este hidrogen, R3 si R4 sînt aceeasi sau diferiti si reprezinta hidrogen sau alchil cu 1..2 atomi de carbon R5 si R6 sînt aceeasi sau diferiti si reprezinta hidrogen sau alchi cu 1...4 atomi de carbon sau unul dintre acestia reprezinta hidrogen si celalalt un atom de halogen , Ry reprezinta hidrogen, potaiu, sodiu, alchil linear sau ramificat cu 1...6 atomi de carbon, benzil, difenilmetil, ciclohexil, ciclopentil, cicloheximetil, ciclopentilmetil, 2-cloretil, trifluormetil, 2-propenil, 2-propinil, ciclohexiloxicarboniloxietil, aclcanoilnetil cu 2...5 atomi de carbon în grupa alcanoil, alcoxicarbonilmetil si alcoxicarboniletil cu 1...5 atomi de carbon în grupa alcoxi, constînd din aceea ca o beta-lactama cu formula generala II (vezi formula) în care R1, R2, R3 si R4 au semificatiile de mai sus si Rz reprezinta hidrogen, CH2C
