Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unei glicoproteine cu actiune antitumorala, procedeu ce consta în faptul ca se cultiva celulele nestabilizate alese dintre macrofagi si limfocite de origine umana sau neumana de la animale cu sînge cald dau celule din linii de celule stabilizate provenind de la celulele umane sau celulele de la animale cu sînge cald, într-un mediu Eagle ce contine 5...10% ser uman sau ser de vitel, la temperatura de 37 degree C, timp de 48 ore, într-o atmosfera constînd din 5% bioxid de carbon si 95% aer, dupa care glicoproteina obtinuta se izoleaza dupa metode cunoscute în sine.
