Abstract
Se refiere a un anticuerpo aislado, o un antigeno que se une a un fragmento del mismo, que se une especificamente un antigeno de maduracion de celulas B (BCMA), en donde el anticuerpo comprende: (a.) una region variable de cadena pesada (VH) que comprende: (i) una region determinante de la complementariedad uno (CDR1) que comprende la secuencia de aminoacidos SEQ ID NO: 301, SEQ ID NO: 302,o SEC ID NO: 303; (ii) una CDR2 de VH que comprende la secuencia SEQ ID NO:305,o SEQ ID NO: 306; y (iii) una CDR3 de VH que comprende la secuencia SEQ ID NO: 307, SEQ ID NO: 308; (b.) una region variable de cadena ligera (VL) que comprende: (i) una CDR1 de VL que comprende la secuencia de aminoacidos SEQ ID NO: 309, (ii) una CDR2 de VL que comprende la secuencia SEQ ID NO: 310, Y (iii) una CDR3 de VL que comprende la secuencia de aminoacidos SEQ ID NO: 311, O SEQ ID NO: 312. Se relaciona aun mas con anticuerpos heteromultimericos que se unen especificamente a una Agrupacion de Diferenciacion 3 (CD3) y un antigeno de celula de tumor, (por ejemplo, anticuerpos biespecificos que se unen especificamente a CD3 y BCMA). Tambien se refiere a una composicion farmaceutica, un polinucleotido aislado, un vector y una celula huesped. Dicho anticuerpo bioespecifico es util como medicamento para el tratamiento de un cancer como el mieloma multiple, neoplasia maligno de celulas plasmaticas, entre otras.
