Abstract
Referido a un polinucleotido aislado que codifica un receptor de antigeno quimerico (CAR) o un receptor o un receptor de celulas T (TCR), que comprende una molecula de union a antigeno que se une especificamente a un antigeno de maduracion de celulas B (BCMA), en donde la molecula de union a antigeno comprende: (a) una region determinante de complementariedad (CDR) de una region variable de cadena pesada 1 que comprende la secuencia de aminoacidos SEQ ID NO: 145; y/o (b) un CDR de VH que comprende la secuencia de aminoacidos SEQ ID NO: 146; (c) un CDR3 de VH que comprende la secuencia aminoacidos SEQ ID NO: 147; (d) una region variable de cadena liviana (VL) CDR1 que comprende la secuencia de aminoacidos SEQ ID NO: 148; (e) una CDR2 de VL que comprende en la secuencia de aminoacidos SEQ ID NO: 149 y (f) un CDR3 de VL que comprende en la secuencia de aminoacidos SEQ ID NO: 150. En donde, estos polinucleotidos, polipeptidos y celulas in vitro, se pueden usar en una terapia de celulas T CAR modificadas geneticamente para el tratamiento de cancer como el mieloma multiple.
