Abstract
En billeddannende anordning for å avbilde stråling omfatter en billedcelleoppstilling (10). Billedcelleoppstillingen omfatter en oppstilling av detektorceller (18) som genererer ladning som reaksjon på øyeblikkelig stråling (14) samt en rekke billedcellekretser. Hver billedcellekrets er forbundet med hver sin detektorcelle. Billedcellekretsen omfatter tellerkretsløp for å telle flere strålingstreffsom faller inn på en tilhørende detektorcelle. Fortrinnsvis har billedcellekretsen terskelkretsløp tilkoblet for å motta signaler generert i den tilhørende detektorcelle og som har verdi avhengig av den innfallende strålingsenergi. Tellerkretsløpet er så forbundet med terskelkretsløpet for å telle bare strålingstreff innenfor ett eller flere forutbestemte energiområder.
