Abstract

Det er beskrevet et hybridgarn som består av minst to sorter filamenter, hvorved minst en sort (A) oppviser en lavere varmekrympning og minst en sort (B) oppviser en høyere varmekrympning enn de øvrige filamentene av hybridgarnet, hvorved - den første sorten (A) av filamenter oppviser et tørrvarme-krympemaksimum på under 7,5$, - den andre sorten (B) av filamenter oppviser et tørrvarme-krympemaksimum på over 10%, og tørrvarme-krympespennlngsmakslmumet er så stort at den totale krympekraften av andelen av den andre sorten av filamenter er tilstrekkelig til å fremtvinge en krusing av de tilstedeværende, mindre krympende filamentene, de eventuelt tilstedeværende, ytterligere filament- sortene (C) oppviser tørrvarme-krympemaksima i området fra 2 til 200£. og hvorved minst en av filamentsortene (B) og/eller (C) av hybridgarnet er et termoplastfilament, hvis smeltepunkt ligger minst 10*C, fortrinnsvis 20 til 100'C, spesielt 30 til 70'C under smeltepunktet for den mindre krympende komponenten av hybridgarnet. Videre er det beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for fremstill- ing av hybridgarnet og anvendelsen av hybridgarnet for fremstilling av permanent deformerbare tekstile flåtestrukturer og fiberforsterkede formdeler.
