Claims (3)

  1. 고배향 미연신 폴리에스테르 필라멘트사(고배향사)와 폴리에스테르 연신사를 (고수축사) 가연히터 도입전 또는 해연역 이후에서 교락처리하여 혼섬가연함에 있어서, 혼섬사의 섬도를 De, 가연수를 TPM, 고수축사의 최대 열응력 발현온도를 Pt, 가연히터 온도를 Ht라 할 때 이들이 하기식 (1)-(2)를 동시에 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 혼섬사의 제조방법.
    단, rs2={(l0-l1)/l0}×100(%)로 l0는 0.1g/d 하중에서의 측정한 시료의 길이이고, l1은 시료를 접장으로 100℃ 건열중 15분간 처리해서 100℃의 비등수중에 무장력상태에서 15분간 수축처리하고, 수축된 시료를 상온에서 방치, 건조하여 160℃ 건열중에서 15분간 무장력상태로 처리한 후에 0.1g/d 하중하에서 측정한 시료의 길이임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 연신사(고수축사)의 잔류열수축률(rs2)이 15-30%임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 혼섬사의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 고배향 미연신 폴리에스테르 필라멘트 (고배향사)사가 방사속도 4500-7000m/분의 속도로 방사된 고배향 미연신 폴리에스테르 필라멘트사임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 혼섬사의 제조방법.
