Claims (2)

  1. 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 주성분으로 사용하여 폴리에스테르 타이어코드사를 제조함에 있어서, 아래의 조건을 전부 만족하도록 제조함을 특징으로 폴리에스테르 타이어코드사의 제조방법.
    아 래
    ⓐ 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 90몰% 이상 함유하며, 극한점도가 0.85 이상인 폴리에스테르를 길이 대구경의 비가 2~4인 구금오리피스를 통해 용융압출시키고 ⓑ 3,000~3,600m/min의 방사속도로 방사시킨 다음에 냉각풍 온도를 40~60℃로 하여 냉각고화시켜서 미연신사를 제조한 후 ⓒ 연신온도 120℃ 이하에서 총 연신배율 1.4~1.8배로 연신 열처리하고 ⓓ 리렉스온도 140℃ 이하에서 리렉스시켜 폴리에스테르 멀티필라멘트사를 제조한 후 ⓔ 이를 고무용액에 침지, 열처리함.
  2. 90몰 이상의 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 되어 있는 폴리에스테르 타이어코드로서, 10% 신도에서의 강력이 100N 이상이고, 177℃에서 2분간 오븐에서 20g 정하중하에서 건열열처리하였을 때의 건열수축율(S)이 3.5% 이하이고, 상기 건열처리후 10% 신도에서의 강력(L)이 65N 이상이며, 치수안정계수(L/S)가 20이상임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 타이어코드.
