Claims (5)

  1. a) 피수적으로 20 내지 90%의 면, 10, 내지 80%의 고수축성 합성 스테이플 섬유 및 임의로는 70%이하의 기타 스테이플 섬유를 포함하는 경사와 필수적으로 0 내지 80%의 합성 스테이플 섬유를 포함하는 위사[여기서, 경사 및 위사는 가호시켰음]를 사용하여 생지 데님 능직물을 제조하고, b) 직물을 따뜻한 효소 수용액을 사용하여 습윤처리시켜 가호 침지를 보조하고, c) ① 습윤직물을 50℃ 내지 100℃의 온도의 이완 상태에서 적어도 0.5분 동안 최대 너비로 유지시키고, ② 직물을 물 속에서 세척하여 풀을 제거시킨 다음, ③ 최대 너비의 직물을 충분한 장력으로 건조시켜 주름을 제거시킴으로써 경사를 12% 수축시킨 다음, d) 직물을 경사방향으로 12%까지 압축수축시킴을 특징으로 하여, 외관이 새옷과 같고 착용시에 촉감이 부드러운 의류의 생산에 적합한 데님 직물의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 생지 데님 능직물을 태워서 잔털을 제거하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 경사 중의 고수축형 합성 스테이플 섬유가 6,6-나일론인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 경사기 20 내지 90%의 면, 10 내지 80%의 고수축성 6,6-나일론스테이프 섬유 및 70%이하의 폴리(P-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드)스테이플 섬유를 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 위사가 면인 방법.
