Claims (8)
- 총구성 단위의 1 내지 8몰%의 하기 일반식(1)의 화합물과 공중합된, 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 잔기를 총 구성 단위의 적어도 80몰%의 양으로 포함하는 코폴리에스테를 포함하며, 170°C에서 가열할 경우, 하기 식(2)로부터 계산되는 열 수축율[DSr(170)]이 10% 이하인 합성 섬유로 제조되고 용이하게 열고정될 수 있는 열고정성 인조모발.상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 수소원자 또는 메틸그룹이고, m및 n은 각각 1또는 2이며, ℓ0는 열처리전 0.1g/d의 하중하에서의 표본 필라멘트의 게이지 길이이고, ℓ1은 1mg/d 의 하중하에 170℃의 오븐 속에서 10분 동안 열처리한 후 냉각시켜 0.1g/d 의 하중하에서 측정된 길이이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열고정성 인조 모발을 구성하는 코폴리에스테르 합성 섬유가 표면이 거친 다수의 필라멘트인 열고정성 인조 모발.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아이론 파이프에서의 미끄럼에 대한 저항이 15g/f이하인 열고정성 인조 모발.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열고정성 인조 모발을 구성하는 합성 코폴리에스테르 합성 섬유가 내열성 슬리핑제로 처리된 다수의 필라멘트인 열고정성 인조 모발.
- 총 구성 단위의 1 내지 8몰%의 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물과 공중합된, 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 잔기를 총구성 단위의 적어도 80몰%의 양으로 포함하는 공중합체를 필라멘트로 압출시키고, 방사 필라멘트를 연신하고, 연신필라멘트룰 이완 및 수축시키면서 열처리하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 다수의 합성 필라멘트를 포함하며 용이하게 열고정할 수 있는 열고정성 인조 모발을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 수소원자 또는 메틸그룹이고, m및 n은 각각 1또는 2이다.
- 제5항에 있어서, 방사 필라멘트를 100 내지 800m/min 의 속도로 권취하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 중합 또는 방사시 평균 입자 크기가 1㎛ 이하인 무기성 입자를 혼입하고, 공중합체를 필라멘트로 형성한 다음, 형성된 필라멘트를 알칼리 에칭시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 모발을 손질하여 염색하는 도중에 내열성 슬리핑제를 필라멘트의 표면에 적용하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
