Claims (2)
- 에틸렌글리콜과 테레프탈릭산을 반응시켜 폴리에스테르 수지를 제조할때 분자쇄완화 (결정지연제) 성분으로써 이소프탈릭산을 전(全)산성분에 대하여 0.5~5중량%의 범위내에서 첨가하고 이 분자 결합 완화제에 의한 부가적인 조업저항성을 방지하기 위해 리튬아세테이트를 0.01~0.1중량%를 첨가하여 개질수지를 제조한 후 통상의 방법으로 방사하여 글래스 전이점 이상의 온도에서 연신하고 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고수축성 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연신시 폴리에스테르 부분연신사를 공급원사로 하고 연신비를 1.5~1.9배로 하여 연신한 후 접촉식 가열판의 경우 100℃이하의 온도에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고수축성 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
