Abstract

본 발명은 폴리염화비닐(PVC)를 주재료로 사용하여 정전기 발생 및 열에 대한 신축성이 적고 아울러 빛반사율이 낮으면서도 빗질이 쉬운 인조모발 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, PVC 74-84중량%, 염소화 폴리염화비닐(CPVC: Colorinated polyvinyl chloride) 9-17중량%, 안정제 4-8중량%, 활제 1-2중량%, TiO20.05-0.1중량%, 안료 1-5중량%를 함유하는 "☆"형 단면사로서, 이들 모든 성분을 혼합하여 방사 및 연신하여 모발원사를 제조하거나, 안료 이외의 성분을 먼저 혼합 용융시켜 펠렛을 제조한 후 수요에 따라 적량의 안료를 혼합 및 용융시킨 후 방사 및 연신 공정을 통해 제조하는 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 75-85중량%, 염소화 폴리염화비닐(CPVC) 10-18중량%, 안정제 4-8중량%, 활제 0.2-1.2중량%, TiO20.05-0.1중량%, 안료 1-5중량% 및 소량의 정전기방지재를 함유하는 인조모발.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, PVC는 중합도가 1040-1060인 것과 820-850인 것이 75-85 : 15-25중량부로 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 인조모발.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, CPVC는 중합도가 750-790인 것과 680-720인 것이 30-40 : 60-70중량부로 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 인조모발.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 안정제는 티브이에스 엔-2000이 (TVS N-2000E), 티브이에스 엔-5엘피(TVS N-5LP), 피-3(P-3)가 3,2 :1,4:1중량부로 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 인조모발.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 활제는 왁스 오피(WAX 0P), 코코넛 알콜 카롤 86, 하이드록시 스테아린산이 0.5:0.7:0.3중량부로 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 인조모발.
  6. PVC 75-85중량%, CPVC수지 10-18중량%, 안전제 4-8중량%, 활제 1-2중량% 및 TiO20.05-0.1중량%를 혼합 교반하면서 4시간에 걸쳐 40-100℃로 가열하여 용융시키는 단계 ; 배합된 혼합수지를 175-190℃에서 용융시키고 방사하여 "○"형 펠렛를 제조하는 단계; 상기 펠렛에 완료를 100:5중량부로 혼합하여 175-210℃로 가열 용융시킨 후 방사하여 단면이 "☆"형인 섬유를 제조하는 단계 ; 상기 "☆"형 단면 섬유를 30-70데니어(denier)의 굵기로 연신하는 단계; 및, 연신된 섬유다발을 약 80-125℃에서 건조시키고, 연속적으로 120-135℃의 가열세팅기로 통과시켜 섬유의 물성을 고정시키는 단계로 이루어지는 인조모발의 제조방법.
