Claims (1)

  1. 폴리에스터 스테이플 파이버와 폴리 프로피렌 스테이플 파이버등 연화점 및 용융점이 상이한 이종의 원사를 중량대비 75:25-80:20의 비율로 섞고 교반하여 소면기를 통과시켜 800-900g/㎡의 원단으로 한 후 190℃이하의 온도로 가열하고 냉각시킨 다음 적정규격, 형태로 절단하고 200℃이하의 온도에서 가열하여 연화 용융시키며, 이를 냉각된 몰드에서 성형하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 인솔(Insole)의 제조방법.
