Abstract
본 발명은 부직포용 폴리에스터 단섬유의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 폴리에스터 단섬유 제조공정중 열처리조건을 특정하므로써 바인더에 의한 형태안정 등의 열처리 이후에도 촉감이 부드러워 부직포용으로 적합한 폴리에스터 단섬유를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)
- 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 주성분으로 하는 폴리에스터 중합체를 방사, 연신, 열셋팅, 크림핑 등의 공정을 거쳐 단섬유를 제조함에 있어서, 2차 열셋팅을 거친 폴리에스터 토우에 외견상 크림프가 -10∼+10%가 되도록 장력을 부여하면서 180∼220℃의 온도로 가열 및 급냉시키는 3차 열셋팅 공정을 실시함을 특징으로 하는 부직포용 폴리에스터 단섬유의 제조방법.
