Abstract

광물섬유제품(36) 제조방법은 광물섬유(18)의 흐름을 만들고 중합체재료의 혼합을 일으키도록 광물섬유(18)의 흐롬쪽으로 중합체 재로의 섬유를 향하게 하며, 또한 일부의 중합체 섬유들이 섬유형태를 잃어 중합체성, 비섬유분자로서 광물섬유(18)에 부착된 상태가 되는 정도까지 연해지도록 하고 반면에 일부의 중합체섬유(30)는 섬유 형태를 유지하도록 중합체섬유(30)에 열을 가하는 것을 포함한다.

Claims (17)

  1. 광물섬유제품 제조방법에 있어서, 광물섬유의 흐름을 만드는 단계, 중합체재료 및 광물섬유의 혼합을 일으키도록 광물섬유의 흐름쪽으로 중합체재료의 섬유를 향하게 하는 단계, 일부의 중합체섬유들이 섬유형태를 잃어 중합체성, 비섬유분자로서 광물섬유에 부착된 상태가 되는 정도까지 연해지고 반면에 일부의 중합체섬유는 섬유형태를 유지하도록 중합체 섬유에 열을 가하는 단계, 광물섬유제품을 형성하기 위하여 광물섬유에 부착된 중합체성, 비섬유분자 및 중합체섬유가 있는 혼합된 광물섬유를 모으는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물섬유제품 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 광물섬유의 흐름의 일부의 중합체 섬유를 유연하게 하는 고온가스를 함유하고 있어서 중합체섬유가 섬유형태를 잃어서 중합체성, 비섬유분자로서 광물섬유에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물섬유제품 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체재료의 섬유를 중합체제료 및 광물섬유의 혼합을 일으키도록 광물섬유의 원통형 베일내의 위치로부터 광물섬유의 흐름쪽으로 향하게 하는 것을 포함하는 광물섬유제품 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 중합체재료의 분자량이 1,000보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 광물섬유제품 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체재료의 분자량이 1,000보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 광물섬유제품 제조방법.
  6. 광물섬유제품 제조방법으로, 광물섬유를 스피너로 원심분리하는 단계, 광물섬유의 베일 및 고온가스가 하향이동하도록 형성하기 위하여 광물섬유를 가열하고 광물섬유의 방향을 전환시키는 단계, 중합체재료 및 중합체섬유의 혼합을 일으키도록 중합체재료의 섬유를 베일쪽으로 향하게 해서, 여기에 고온가스의 가열이 일부의 중합체 섬유가 섬유형태를 읽어 중합체성, 비섬유분자로서 광물섬유에 부착되는 정도까지 연해지도록 하고, 반면에 일부의 중합체 섬유는 섬유 형태를 유지하는 단계, 및 광물섬유제품을 형성하기 위해서 광물섬유에 부착된 중합체성, 비섬유분자 및 중합체섬유가 있는 혼합된 광물섬유를 모으는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물섬유제품 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 중합체재료의 섬유를 중합체재료 및 광물섬유의 혼합을 일으키도록 베일내의 위치로부터 베일쪽으로 향하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물섬유제품 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 중합체재료의 분자량이 1,000보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 광물섬유제품 제조방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 중합체재료의 분자량이 1,000보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 광물섬유제품 제조방법.
  10. 광물섬유에 부착된 중합체성, 비섬유분자가 있는 광물섬유로 혼합된 중합체섬유를 포함하는 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 광물섬유제품.
  11. 제11항에 있어서, 약 5 내지 40중량%의 중합체재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물섬유제품.
  12. 광물섬유에 부착된 중합체성, 비섬유분자가 있는 광물섬유로 혼합된 중합체섬유를 포함하는 제2항의 방법에 의해 제조된 광물섬유제품.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 약 5 내지 40중량%의 중합체재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물섬유제품.
  14. 광물섬유에 부착된 중합체성, 비섬유분자가 있는 광물섬유로 혼합된 중합체섬유를 포함하는 제4항의 방법에 의해 제조된 광물섬유제품.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 약 5 내지 40중량%의 중합체재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물섬유제품.
  16. 광물섬유에 부착된 중합체성, 비섬유분자가 있는 광물섬유로 혼합된 중합체섬유를 포함하는 제8항의 방법에 의해 제조된 광물섬유제품.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 약 5내지 40중량%의 중합체재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물섬유제품.
