Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a.鉱物繊維の流れを確立する工程と、 b.ポリマ物質と鉱物繊維とを混合させるため、ポリマ物質の繊維を鉱物繊 維の流れに向かって指向させる工程と、 c.幾分かのポリマ繊維がこれらの繊維状の形態を失って非繊維状のポリマ 粒子として鉱物繊維に付着されるようになり且つ幾分かのポリマ繊維がこれらの 繊維状の形態を保有する程度まで、幾分かのポリマ繊維を軟化すべくポリマ繊維 に熱を加える工程と、 d.鉱物繊維製品を形成するため、非繊維状のポリマ粒子が付着し且つ混合 された鉱物繊維及びポリマ繊維を収束する工程とを有することを特徴とする鉱物 繊維製品の製造方法。 2.前記鉱物繊維の流れは、一部のポリマ繊維がこれらの繊維状の形態を失って 非繊維状のポリマ粒子として鉱物繊維に付着するようになるまでポリマ繊維の一 部を軟化するホットガスを含んでいることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載 の方法。 3.前記ポリマ物質と鉱物繊維とを混合させるため、鉱物繊維の円筒状ベール内 の位置から鉱物繊維の流れに向かってポリマ物質の繊維を指向させる工程を有す ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 4.前記ポリマ物質の分子量が1,000より大きいことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 3項に記載の方法。 5.前記ポリマ物質の分子量が1,000より大きいことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項に記載の方法。 6.a.スピンナで鉱物繊維を遠心放出する工程と、 b.鉱物繊維を加熱し且つ鉱物繊維の方向を変えて、鉱物繊維及びホットガ スの下方に移動するベールを形成する工程と、 c.ポリマ物質と鉱物繊維とを混合させるため、ポリマ物質の繊維をベール に向かって指向させる工程とを有し、ここで、ホットガスの熱は、幾分かのポリ マ繊維がこれらの繊維状の形態を失って非繊維状のポリマ粒子として鉱物繊 維に付着されるようになり且つ幾分かのポリマ繊維がこれらの繊維状の形態を保 有する程度まで、幾分かのポリマ繊維を軟化し、 d.鉱物繊維製品を形成するため、非繊維状のポリマ粒子が付着し且つ混合 された鉱物繊維及びポリマ繊維を収束する工程を更に有することを特徴とする鉱 物繊維製品の製造方法。 7.前記ポリマ物質と鉱物繊維とを混合させるため、ベール内の位置からベール に向かってポリマ物質の繊維を指向させる工程を有することを特徴とする請求の 範囲第6項に記載の方法。 8.前記ポリマ物質の分子量が1,000より大きいことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 7項に記載の方法。 9.前記ポリマ物質の分子量が10,000より大きいことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 7項に記載の方法。 10.非繊維状のポリマ粒子が付着された鉱物繊維と混合されたポリマ繊維からな る、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法により製造されたことを特徴とする鉱物繊維 製品。 11.約5〜40重量%のポリマ物質を備えたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第10 項に記載の鉱物繊維製品。 12.非繊維状のポリマ粒子が付着された鉱物繊維と混合されたポリマ繊維からな る、請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法により製造されたことを特徴とする鉱物繊維 製品。 13.約5〜40重量%のポリマ物質を備えたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第12 項に記載の鉱物繊維製品。 14.非繊維状のポリマ粒子が付着された鉱物繊維と混合されたポリマ繊維からな る、請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法により製造されたことを特徴とする鉱物繊維 製品。 15.約5〜40重量%のポリマ物質を備えたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第14 項に記載の鉱物繊維製品。 16.非繊維状のポリマ粒子が付着された鉱物繊維と混合されたポリマ繊維からな る、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法により製造されたことを特徴とする鉱物繊 維製品。 17.約5〜40重量%のポリマ物質を備えたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第16 項に記載の鉱物繊維製品。
