Claims (4)

  1. 연신후 단섬도가 0.5~2.5이며, 분자배향도가 5+10-3~60+10-3, 신도가 90~410%인 폴리에스테르 미연신 사 및 연신후 단섬도가 1.0~4.0이며, 분자배향도가 10+10-3~130+10-3, 신도가 50~300%인 미연사를 전자는 자연연신비의 60~120%로 연신하고, 후자는 자연연신비의 80~140%로 열연신함을 특징으로 하는 혼섬사의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 두종의 미연신사를 제1항의 범위로 각각 연신하거나 동시 연신하며 30개/m 이상의 교락을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼섬사의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 동시 연신하는 경우 연신크릴 또는 권취부에서 유체처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼섬사의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, Tg+15℃~Tg+60℃의 범위로 예열하고 상온 ~250℃의 가열판으로 열 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼섬사의 제조방법.
