Abstract

Se trata de un método para la fabricacion de hilos de poliéster técnicos, segun el cual los filamentos de poliéster se calientan en una zona de calentamiento a una temperatura por arriba de la temperatura de transicion a vidrio para efectos de estiramiento previo, y para ello se someten a soplado a contracorriente mediante un medio gaseoso. A continuacion, los filamentos de poliéster con una volumetría individual > 1 y una proporcion de estiramiento preestablecida se someten a estiramiento posterior y se arrollan con una alta velocidad de arrollamiento.
