에틸렌글리콜과 테레프탈릭산을 반응시켜 폴리에스테르 수지를 제조할때 분자쇄완화 (결정지연제) 성분으로써 이소프탈릭산을 전(全)산성분에 대하여 0.5~5중량%의 범위내에서 첨가하고 이 분자 결합 완화제에 의한 부가적인 조업저항성을 방지하기 위해 리튬아세테이트를 0.01~0.1중량%를 첨가하여 개질수지를 제조한 후 통상의 방법으로 방사하여 글래스 전이점 이상의 온도에서 연신하고 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고수축성 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.When ethylene glycol is reacted with terephthalic acid to prepare a polyester resin, isophthalic acid is added within the range of 0.5 to 5% by weight relative to the total acid component as a molecular chain relaxation (crystal retardant) component.
