Abstract
Se da a conocer un método para aumentar la eficiencia de la transferencia de genes en células objetivo, con un retrovirus. En este método, las células objetivo son infectadas con el retrovirus, en la presencia de o una mezcla de una cantidad efectiva de un material funciona, que tiene dominios de union de retrovirus, y una cantidad efectiva de otro material funcional, que tiene dominios de union de las células objetivo o una cantidad efectiva de un material funcional, que tiene estos dominios de union en la misma molécula. Los materiales funcionales se pueden usar sin inmovilizacion con inmovilizados sobre globulos. Este método es util, por ejemplo, en la terapia de genes.
