Abstract
La capacidad de produccion de L-lisina y la velocidad de produccion de L-lisina se mejoran en una bacteria corineforme que porta una separtoquinasa en la cual la inhibicion de retroalimentacion con L-lisina y L-treonina se desensibiliza substancialmente, al mejorar sucesivamente el ADN que codifica a la reductasa de dihidropicolinato, al mejorar sucesivamente el ADN que codifica a una reductasa de dihidropicolinato, el ADN que codifica a una sintesa de dihidropicolinato, ADN que codifica a una descarboxilasa de diaminopimelato, y ADN que codifica a una deshidrogenasa de diaminopimelato.
