Abstract
Gas de escape expulsado de un equipo de combustion tal como una caldera, se lleva a contacto con un líquido absorbente para absorber oxido de azufre del gas de escape al líquido absorbente, partículas de caliza que tienen diámetros más grandes son selectivamente dejadas en una zona en donde el líquido absorbente que ha absorbido el oxido de azufre en el gas de escape se neutraliza y el líquido absorbente que contiene agua y yeso formado por el oxido de azufre como constituyentes principales, se drenan selectivamente de la zona de neutralizacion para ser llevados a contactos con el gas de escape otra vez. En ese momento, el líquido absorbente que es llevado a contacto con el gas de escape que contiene agua como el componente principal de manera que hay la posibilidad de una gran disminucion de proceso desulfurante debido a una variacion de la carga de la caldera, etc. De conformidad con la presente invencion, sin embargo, se seleccionan más de un ítem para deteccion de carga de una caldera, el contenido de azufre en el quemador de combustible en la caldera, un régimen de flujo del gas de escape, concentracion del SO2 de entrada en la planta de desulfuramiento, concentracion del SO2 de salida en la planta de desulfuramiento o un valor del pH del líquido de absorcion en la zona de neutralizacion o una pérdida de presion en la zona de neutralizacion, momento de torsion de un dispositivo de agitacion, concentracion de solidos del líquido de absorcion, gravedad específica del líquido de absorcion y viscosidad del líquido de absorcion para regular más de un ítem seleccionado de un régimen de flujo del líquido de absorcion circulado para ser llevado a contacto con el gas de escape, una cantidad del agente desulfurante solido para ser suministrado al líquido de absorcion, un diámetro de partícula del agente desulfurante solido y velocidad de agitacion del agente desulfurante solido en la zona de neutralizacion, con lo cual se controla la concentracion de SO2 de salida de la planta de desulfuramiento para caer en la escala de un valor fijo predeterminado.
