Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una nueva codificación de secuencia de DNA para una proteasa de serina de Aspergillus tipo subtilisina, a la propia proteasa de serina de Aspergillus del tipo de la subtilisina, y a un método para la preparación de la misma. La invención además se refiere a una nueva cepa mutante Aspergillus que carece de una proteasa de serina tipo subtilisina, que es útil para la expresión de proteína heteróloga, y un método para la preparación de esta cepa mutante.
