Abstract
METODO DE PREPARACION DE UROQUINASA DE UNA SOLA CADENA. CONSISTE EN PRODUCIR ACIDO NUCLEICO QUE CODIFICA UNA VARIANTE DE LA SECUENCIA DE AMINOACIDOS RESISTENTES A PROTEASA DE UROQUINASA DE UNA SOLA CADENA; TRANSFORMAR UNA CELULA HOSPEDANTE TAL COMO UNA CELULA PROCARIOTA, CON DICHO ACIDO NUCLEICO; CULTIVAR LA CELULA HOSPEDANTE TRANSFORMADA; Y RECUPERAR LA UROQUINASA VARIANTE ASI ACUMULADA EN EL CULTIVO. ESTE COMPUESTO TIENEN APLICACIONES FARMACOLOGICAS PARA ACTIVAR EL PLASMINOGENO EN LA INICIACION DE LA LISIS DE COAGULOS DE SANGRE.
