Abstract

Se describen nuevas mejoras en proteasa muy alcalinas optimizadas que son adecuadas para su empleo en formulaciones detergentes. Asimismo, se describe un procedimiento para su preparación, en el que se emplean microorganismos transformados por secuencias de ADN mutadas. Estas secuencias de ADN se obtienen modificando en determinadas posiciones, por mutagénesis dirigida, secuencias de ADN que codifican la proteasa muy alcalina producida por especies de Bacillus. Se obtienen proteasas muy alcalinas en las que en dos, tres, cuatro o cinco de las posiciones indicadas los aminoácidos originales están intercambiados por otros aminoácidos determinados.
