Abstract
La solicitud se refiere a un dispositivo para el direccionamiento lateral (1) de una cinta de metal (2) que se mueve sobre una banda transportadora, el cual comprende un módulo de cuerpo principal (7) que tiene un plano de direccionamiento esencialmente vertical (10), caracterizado porque se encuentra presente al menos un cuerpo de desgaste (12), que tiene una superficie de desgaste (12a), el cual puede rotar en varias posiciones rotacionales definidas de una manera controlada, y porque la superficie de desgaste (12a) es sustancialmente plana y en todas las posiciones rotacionales definidas es paralela al plano de direccionamiento (10). La invención se refiere además a un método para el direccionamiento lateral de cintas de metal (2) que se mueven sobre un dispositivo transportador de cinta de metal, caracterizado porque después que una primera cinta de metal ha pasado a través del dispositivo transportador de cinta de metal, y antes de que una segunda cinta de metal entre al dispositivo transportador de cinta de metal, el cuerpo de desgaste (12) gira desde una primera posición rotacional definida hacia una segunda posición rotacional definida de una manera controlada, en cuyo caso la superficie de desgaste (12a) es paralela al plano de direccionamiento (10) en todas las posiciones rotacionales definidas.
