Abstract
Un método para producir un producto formado en prensa incluye una etapa de calentamiento de placa de acero, una etapa de forja en caliente y una etapa de estampado en caliente. En la etapa de calentamiento de la placa de acero, una placa de acero se calienta a 950°C o más. En la etapa de forjado en caliente, la placa de acero calentada se forja para formar una placa de acero de grosor variable. En la etapa de estampado en caliente, la placa de acero de grosor variable calentada se somete a prensado mediante un herramental de prensado para formar un producto formado en prensa, y el producto formado en prensa que se forma se enfría dentro del herramental de prensado. Por lo tanto, se puede producir un producto formado en prensa que tenga una alta resistencia y para el cual sea posible una reducción de peso.
