Claims (2)
- 金属材料を膨張変形させて成形を行う成形システムであって、
前記成形を行う成形装置と、
前記金属材料を搬送する少なくとも一つの搬送装置と、を備え、
前記搬送装置は、
前記金属材料を保持した状態で前記成形装置へ搬送し、
且つ、成形の前処理を行う前処理装置が存在する場合は、前記搬送装置は前記金属材料を保持した状態で前記前処理装置へ搬送し、
前記搬送装置によって何れかの装置に前記金属材料が搬送される搬送工程から、前記何れかの装置での処理工程に至るまでの間において、前記搬送装置、及び前記何れかの装置の少なくとも一方が前記金属材料を保持し続ける、成形システム。 - 前記前処理装置の一部に前記金属材料の位置決めを行う位置決め部を更に備え、
前記搬送装置は、前記位置決め部において位置決めがなされた状態の前記金属材料を保持し、
前記金属材料は、前記位置決め部で前記搬送装置に保持されてから、成形装置で前記成形が行われるまでの間、前記搬送装置、前記成形装置、及び前記前処理装置が存在する場合は当該前処理装置の何れかに保持され続ける、請求項1に記載の成形システム。
